STEP 2 GET YOUR REBATE Complete the online claim form at KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers You will be required to upload an image of your sales receipt to receive your rebate by mail. If you prefer to mail in your submission, the form can be printed from KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers and mailed to the address on the form with a copy of your appliance purchase sales receipt.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND OFFER DETAILSThis offer applies to qualifying new KitchenAid® small appliances, purchased between November 15, 2019 – January 2, 2020. For a complete list of qualifying appliances and their corresponding rebate amounts see section entitled Qualifying Models. Only the models identified are eligible. No substitute models qualify. GST/HST/QST and provincial tax (where applicable) are included in the rebate amount. In order to receive your rebate by mail, you must complete and submit an online claim form at KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers or mail to address on the claim form. Claim submission must be received before February 2, 2020, or offer will be void. Missing information will delay offer fulfillment. For online submissions complete with an uploaded image of a valid purchase sale receipt, allow up to 6 weeks to receive your rebate. If you choose to submit by mail please allow for 6-8 weeks from when we receive your claim by mail with the valid sale receipt.
