    BLANKA is the synthesisof a continuous and perfectautomatic control of all theworking parameters andtheir synergies.

    BLANKA allows to workkeeping the fabric at theminimum necessary tensionto carry out the raisingprocess, and to maintain itconstant by means of anelectronic loading celltension control (internationalpatent) checking directly onthe fabric the set tension.

    BLANKA has beentechnically conceived so toease the use by theoperator and to reduce thet i m e n e e d e d b ymaintenance operators.

    These are the main features: Automatic diagnosis system for the

    cleaning, the lubrication and thescheduled machines belts check.

    Working rollers belts put inside thecleaning brushes so to allow theirfast replacement without interveneonto the alignment between thebrushes and the working rollers.

    Introduction into the market for thefirst time of the independentmotorised brushes.

    First time that loading cells havebeen used on a raising machinefor the tensioning control.

    Use of a simple and completekeyboard to facilitate the use by alloperators.

    Use of a sensible feeding systemfor the inverters tunnel to avoidthat fabric might break during anyof the sudden drums braking dueto emergency stops or electric linedrops.

    Use of an innovating and specialsensor to check the seam whenthe strength applied during thepassage of it on the drum isrequired to be nullified.

  • ESATTA is composed by one or twooverlapped modules. Each one is acomplete shearing machine andaccording to its configuration it is ableto cut the face or the back of the fabric.

    The machines can be configured in lineup to the desired number of cuts. It isalso possible to have one shearingmodule on the upper part of a singledrum BLANKA raising machine.

    These are the main features: Electronic loading cells for the fabric tension control. With this device the

    machine have the capability to control and manage in real time and continuouslythe set tension values and to react automatically for the necessary adjustments.Esatta can guarantee of an even, correct and reproducible fabric tensionduring the entire shearing processes and especially during the seam passage.Every shearing unit has it own electronic loading cell placed before the cuttingblade.

    Fabric unnecessary tension elimination, the fabric pass is short as much aspossible to avoid unnecessary tensions.

    Special shearing comb design, made in order to have one special angulardistance of opening space between the shearing blades and the comb.

    The main innovation offered by ESATTA WARP is a revolutionary systemwhich allows "vertical" operation to the shearer so as to split and shearloops, residual yarn and hair towards the fabric sliding direction.

  • The main advantages from the use of the ESATTA WARP are:

    Splitting of loops into warp and shearing in one single step and with onemachine only. This means time and costs saving.

    Substantial reduction in loss of material due to fabric shrinkage. This isobtained from the abolition of the intermediate tentering process (becausetwo operations are carried out at the same time).

    Operation in continuous. Interruptions because of yarn jamming betweenthe shearing drop wires are now eliminated.

    Possibility of creating new loom patterns which up until now wereprecluded by the poor developments in the yarn cutting technology(where yarn connects one pattern to another).

    Possibility of shearing both the front and the back side without affectingneither the quality nor the strength of the fabric structure.

    Collaboration between Redmans technical staff and SASPE resulted in theVERSATOUCH STS machine.

    The Durasuede wire, heartof the machine, fromRedman the idea forDurasuede was derivedf ro m t h e p ro b l e m sassociated with sandpaper,which include short workinglife, variations in effect aswell as lines in the finishedfabric.The idea was to make awire with a strong bend andtreat the top surface of thewire to simulate the workingof the sandpaper. Severalspecifications were testeduntil the current design wasproven best suited for the emerizing process. Though many successful results wereachieved on a variety of sueding machines, certain machines proved to be too limitedin adjustment of speed, tension and contact to fully realize the flexibility and powerof the Durasuede wire.

  • These machines can also be employed in labtests, first of all to simulate surface treatments(raising shearing sueding) and therefore to testboth the resistance and the shrinkage of fabricsafter their being through finishing processes.

    As far as the training of personnel is concerned,the Saspe Lab line is very interesting as machineswhich due to their big dimensions and difficultiesin management, (suction system, folder...), didnot previously fit the needs of schools can nowbe employed in schools against a containedinvestment.

    All three machines can be supplied either in workingwidth of respectively 500 mm or 1000 mm. Its mainworking part (raising drum, shearing cylinder orsueding roller) movement is driven by inverter.

    Thanks to the considerable experience gainedin the manufacture of machines for the finishingfabrics surface treatment, Saspe has designedand built a new line of machines for lab andproduction, which can be employed bymanufacturers of narrow fabrics, by textile labsand by schools (technical schools and universities)for staff training purposes.
