Recruiting: Conduct recruitment efforts for Pastoral Center to include full-life-cycle recruiting and consulting services for
employing locations. Assist with organizational design and planning for offices, parishes and schools. Developed recruiting
tool-kit for locations to use including legal guidelines, interview questions/packets, and reference materials. Responsible for
on boarding new employees at the Pastoral Center; Conduct semi-monthly New Employee Orientation for the Diocese;
Experienced in recruiting for positions ranging from Executive Level (C-Suite) roles to Administrative and volunteer support.
Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and manage requests for Diocesan website ad placement.
Staff Training: On-going identification, development and delivery of training sessions on policies, procedures, employment
law and other topics as needed. Manage addt’l offerings provided through 3rd party vendor. Trainings designed include:
Administrative Assistant Fundamentals: Series of 6 courses focused on Communication, Time, Project & Event Mgmt.
HR for non-HR Managers: Overview of Federal, State and Church law relating to HR for Pastors, Principles and Directors.
Generations in the Workplace: Successful management of 4 generations for Managers, Pastors, Principles and Directors.
Project Management: Lead project manager for Pastoral Center on multiple projects. Highlighted projects include:
Payroll Efficiency Project: Working to implement a standardized payroll platform across 175 employing locations. Lead
diocesan-wide project team of 20; responsible for all presentations to Priest Council, Bishop and locations; primary
contact with vendor.
HR Compliance Reviews: Lead effort to complete compliance audits of every employing location to include full review of
all employee files, I-9 forms, payroll and FLSA classification and address other personnel issues as identified.
HR Generalist: Coach Managers and employees on employee relations issues; conduct exit interviews; recommend new
strategies, policies and procedures. Primary owner for enhancement/functionality of both internal & external HR websites.

Responsible for all operational, HR, financial, project management related and administrative matters of a Church of over 2000
congregants and 15 staff members. Directly supervised 5 employees; indirectly responsible for all staff related operational support
and management. Oversight of Church's GL & expenses, (annual operating budget of $1.3MM). Designed & implemented policy
manual for church. Created comprehensive performance appraisal process and job descriptions for all employees. Implemented
short and long term plans for all staff members. Proposed staffing model to meet budgetary constraints. Presented staffing plan
& operational recommendations to address $250K budget shortfall in ’08. Created short & long range plans, responsible for
projects including $1.9 MM building campaign (3 separate building projects), oversaw all technical systems including network and

Payroll Services: Ensured all payrolls for US and Canada were completed on time with minimal error rate. Responsible for
knowledge transfer of processes, procedures and regulatory requirements to outsourced payroll team. Successfully motivated
