ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – SAP ACE and SAP Ambassador-of-the-Year

SAP customers in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are eligible to apply for SAP ACE 2018

Companies under INR 750Cr annual revenues should apply under the SME category; all others to apply under Large/Strategic

SAP Solution Project should have gone live on and after 1st Jan 2016 and before 31st Dec 2017 (both dates inclusive)

Any project that has been awarded an SAP ACE earlier cannot be nominated again. However, same organizations are eligible to nominate new projects, if those have gone live on or after 1st Jan 2016

An organization can nominate more than one project under different categories [16 award categories] subject to each nomination/project meeting the eligibility criteria.

For each nomination, organizations have to submit all mandatory details as per online form along with details of Implementation Partners

For the SAP Ambassador-of-the-Year nomination, ANY SAP executive known to the customer may be nominated. But he/she needs to be a part of an SAP ACE 2018 project nomination, to keep matters relevant & recent.

The completed nomination must be submitted at the SAP ACE portal www.sapace.co.in on or prior to 23rd February, 2018

PROCESS OVERVIEW

Step 1: Register online at www.sapace.co.in

Step 2: You will receive a verification email from SAP ACE Award 2018 with a link to activate

account. Please click on link to activate account. On activation of account, you will receive a

confirmation email.

Step 3: Please logon to www.sapace.co.in using your credentials

Step 4: Start nominating projects

Note: You can also change the password after receiving the confirmation mail and logging in.

1. Login Page

Please open website www.sapace.co.in in your browser For a new user; “NEW ACCOUNT!” button will redirect the user to the registration page

as shown in (Figure 1)

On this screen user can login with his set credentials and can also request for his password again by clicking on to the “Forgot Password” link. The password will be sent on the email ID provided

2. New User Registration

Please open website www.sapace.co.in in your browser. For a new user; “NEW ACCOUNT!” button will redirect the user to the registration page

as shown in (Figure 2). User needs to fill all details in the registration form and click

submit button. You will receive a verification email. Please click on activation link in the

email to activate your account.

3. Verification Mail

Post registration, user will get a verification mail, wherein user has to verify himself by clicking on the link provided in the mail to activate their account. (Figure 3)

4. Registration Confirmation Mail

Post verification of email ID, user will get a registration confirmation mail with his login credentials and a link for login to the nomination website. (Figure 4)

5. Forgot Password

Please open website www.sapace.co.in in your browser.

On this screen (Figure 5) user may request for his password again by clicking on to the

“Forgot Password” link. The password will be sent on the email ID provided. Once

request has been submitted, user will receive an email (Figure 5.a) with credentials that

can be used to logon to the website.

6. Change Password Please open website www.sapace.co.in in your browser On this screen (Figure 6) that comes up once you click on “Forgot Password”, user

may proceed to change the password as depicted by Figure 6.a

7. Nominating Projects On this screen user can submit a fresh nomination and can also edit it (Figure 7). Also, user can view their nominations submitted till date. At any point of time they can save their nominations which will get stored in the database. For new nomination, please click on “Start a new Nomination”.

7.1. Nomination Form - Part A (Project Background)

First part of the Nomination Form relates to Project Background (Figure 7.a). Users need to select a Customer Category [Large/Strategic or SME], Award Category Group and then the specific Award Category for which they want to nominate their project. They further need to select relevant SAP solution(s) implemented.



Figure 7.1 : Nomination Form - Part A 7.2. Nomination Form - Part B (Business KPI Performance) Once user fills up Form A and saves it, he is redirected to the next level i.e. Form B. User needs to provide Business KPI Performance related to Project in this Form. User on this screen can go back and edit the Form A fields, if required, by clicking on the Project Details icon as highlighted in the navigation field (Figure 7.2)

For the SAP Ambassador-of-the-Year nomination, ANY SAP executive known to the customer who has been involved in some way in the Project Implementation [subject to SAP ACE 2018 eligibility criteria] may be nominated. But he/she needs to be a part of an SAP ACE 2018 project nomination, to keep matters relevant & recent.

8. Submitting Supporting Documents In Nomination Form Part C & D, participant has an option to submit Support Documents to provide more details about the project. To submit supporting documents related to your nomination, please click on “Browse” button under Next Steps and upload the relevant files.

Final Nomination Submission Confirmation Post filling up all the three forms, when user submits the nomination, he will be prompted to confirm final submission of Nomination. Once the user confirms the final submission action, it cannot be edited later. Upon confirmation, user will receive an online notification that the form has been successfully submitted.
