The new stainless steel seriesFor the luxury washing room the new SanTRAL WaveTM -series combines all

advantages of the known SanTRAL ® classic quality with an inspiring and

attractive wave design.

Soap dispensers The SanTRAL ® classic series, operatable touchlessly or manually, with a filling

volume of 600 ml to 3000 ml for refillable receptacles, non-returnable bottles or

disposable circular receptacles for universal or specific filling material properties.

All receptacles are easy to remove in order to clean the apparatuses internally and

externally without any difficulty.

Paper towel dispensers For common folding paper towels and paper reels the SanTRAL ® classic series

(zigzag fold / C-fold / center pull) offers the adequate dispenser.

Dispenser combinations „soap-paper“The ideal running cost saving solution for washing rooms with a limited space.

Soap and paper towel dispensers in one appliance convince by a lower assembly

and refill expense.

Waste containers with a capacity of 10 to 53 l with self closing opening slit ( also available as

fire-resistant version with MOT certificate or operatable by pedal control),

bag holder frame or with sluice insertion flap (women hygiene).

Toilet tissue dispensers Lockable or freely accessible, dispensers for one, two or four reels

(multi-reel holder with automatic rotation system). Dispensers for

single sheet removal or toilet tissue large-size rollers up to approx. Ø 330 mm.

AccessoriesThe SanTRAL ® classic series is completed by useful special steel accessories

such as hygienic toilet seat cleaners, universal hooks with theft protection,

WC brush holders with covered or open brushhead,

ashtray and hygienic bag dispensers.

Formation

About more than 40 years ago Hermann Ophardt established

the first OPHARDT business undertaking in Issum/Germany on

the left side of the lower Rhine. From the beginning great value

was attached to DEVELOPMENT. After a short time the start into

a young market for hygienic apparat uses was realized with only

six employees. With a special assortment of soap- and disinfectant

dispensers the business undertaking became a leading producer

of apparat uses for the complete field of sanitation.

The basic idea is to solve the dosing problem of the customer

in order to obtain a competitive advantage in the market.

Development

Thanks to a great depth of manufacture and a good sense for

developments in this special field, the OPHARDT Hygiene-Technik

gained a great know-how. This know-how is the result of great

efforts made to find again and again solutions for the

most different problems of the customers. At the location in

Issum engineers are developing new and innovative products

as well as the necessary equipment and machines.

An up-to-date machinery equipment is at the disposal of all

OPHARDT employees thus securing a flexible adaptation

to the customers’ needs and to changing market situations.

Products

The range of products which are all own developments comprises

sanitary apparatuses for hospitals, industrial areas, households

and public sanitary installations. Among these belong products

such as soap- and disinfectant dispensers, waste containers and

baskets, dispenser combinations for soap and tissues,

toilet paper dispensers and many other useful accessories

completing this series. Of course only high-quality materials

such as stainless steel, aluminium and synthetic material are used.

Furthermore OPHARDT also produces the appropriate

refillable receptacles and dispenser bottles made of

polyethylene or polypropylene.

Resistant and robust

A 100% protection against wilful destruction does not exist.

.... but there exists SanTRAL®. For the manufacture of the dispensers

high-quality stainless steel is used: the operating lever is actuated in the direction

of the wall (the created force of pressure acts upon the wall and not upon the fastening),

stability by standard 4-point-suspension with special steel screws and dowels.

The lock protects the filling material against theft and manipulation.

Metering pumps

High-quality vacuum pump made of synthetic material for the metering of liquid

and creamy soaps, washing-up liquids etc.

High-quality vacuum pump made of synthetic material / stainless steel for the fine

dispersion of surface disinfectants.

High-quality foam pump made of synthetic material with generator

for the metering of foam soaps.

Free choice of the filling material

The dispensers of the SanTRAL® line can be filled up with all commercially

available filling materials such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap,

creams or hygienic bags. The operator reduces the running cost by choosing

himself his supplier and the products. You can easily remove the receptacles

of all soap dispensers of the SanTRAL® series and the apparatuses can be

cleaned internally and externally without any difficulty.

SanTRAL® products are made of high-quality

stainless steel according to DIN ISO 1.4301 (AISI 304).

You can choose between two different surface qualities:

• stainless steel, brushed and ground

• stainless steel powder coated white

(further RAL colours are available)

• other surface qualities available on request

Basic material stainless steel

Stainless steel is the material of many design classics. Stainless steel is durable,

aesthetic and hygienic. With SanTRAL® you have the choice: The series is available

in ground or white coated stainless steel. Oblique apparatus surfaces impede the laying

down of cigarettes, garbage etc. thus avoiding ugly burn marks and unnecessary

dirt accumulation. The smooth surfaces of the SanTRAL® apparatuses are easy to clean.

Special lock

The lock has a locking function. The dispensers are closed by hanging on the

stainless steel casing into the solid “trough gutter“. The vandalismus-proof

special lock can’t be pulled out. Chewing gum or paper can be removed

easily from the lock by means of a pointed object.

More and more the keeping clear of barriers is expected

in public buildings, restaurant trade, catering, the food

industry, in hospitals, old people’s homes/health-care

homes and rehabilitation centers. The touchless

dispenser SanTRAL® classic ADU RF meets

this requirement.

The running cost saving dispenser with three metering

adjustments. The user often causes a high consumption

of soap by repeated meterings. The retarded metering

of the infrared automatic prevents overdosing of the

filling material.

Low energy consumption by using commercially

available batteries with a life of 2 years with

approx.100 doses per day on 365 days a year.

The modular design of the touchless dispenser

makes it possible to install it on the wall and in

cabinets with mirror doors or in medecine cabinets.

The SanTRAL® classic soap dispensersof the NSU and CTU series

with a maximum filling volume of 600 to 3000 ml

is particularly suitable for public and semi public sanitary

installations as motorway service areas, sports arenas,

railway stations, airports and exhibitions.

The soap stock is sufficient for a longer period of time

than with the usual soap dispensers so that the user

needs not actuate the dispenser in vain

– as this often arrives.

Please note that a high-quality product made of stainless steel also requires great attention and care.

Otherwise it may happen that under certain circumstances also stainless steel is not completely corrosion-proof.

The causes are for instance:

- contact with saliferous or chloric agents (also possible with liquid soaps)- contact with ferriferous objects

Please use

- for the cleaning a neutral and mild cleaning agent- and for the care a commercially available cleaning agent for stainless steel
