• With the advantage of cold weather in winter, we minimized the numbers of Hotel chillers running at mid night with the residual chilled water

• Hotel chiller plants were set to the returned chilled water reset pmode

• Adjustment to the time schedule of exterior lighting and signage with reference to the daytime

• Installation of water restrictors to the hotel suites showers, water points at kitchens, staff toilets and changing room shower cubicles g g

• Casino hot water supply was diverted to the newer and higher efficiency boilers at new podium

• Independent water heaters were installed at the hotel staff changing rooms to avoid the unnecessary starting and low loading of new podium y g g pcentral boiler plants

• Set up automatic water treatment systems for water features to minimize the times of cleaning and so the drain-off water

On-going Project

• Major rectification of Casino CCMS is in progress, tentative completion at June 2009
