Salvatorian Seminary The Society of the Divine Saviour (SDS), popularly known as the Salvatorians, is an international religious congregation of Priests, Brothers and Lay People in the Catholic Church, founded in Rome, December 8, 1881, by the venerable Fr. Francis Jordan. The purpose of the Society is to strengthen, to defend, and to spread the Catholic faith everywhere. We are taking up a special second collection THIS weekend to help support all the men studying to become priests within the Salvatorian Seminary community. Please be as generous as your means allow in the second collection today.

Girls (and guys) just wanna have fun! Our parish’s “Hands of the Holy Spirit” Card Ministry group has found its niche, making cheerful cards for our sick parishioners and sympathy cards for families of deceased parishioners. An uplifting experience for our group as well as being fun! We recently reached out to our local nursing facility, Forest Manor, and spent a morning there interacting with residents to make cards, an event that was well received and energizing to our group. We would like to invite you to join us at our monthly card-making meetings, which are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7 pm in the Religious Education Building. All supplies for card-making are provided, no special skills needed, so please consider joining us. Upcoming meeting date: December 11th. Any questions? Call or text MaryAnn at 908-246-5900. Looking forward to more helpers!

(MARK 12:43-44) Jesus gets right to the point – we are all called to give money to support the mission of the Church, regardless of our circumstance. No gift is too small or insignificant! Giving money to support the mission of our local parish is a matter of our faith, just like praying and participating in parish ministries. When you make a financial offering, is it from your “first fruits” or from what is “left over”? ******************************************* PRAY FOR: Living: Dottie Kasper, Joseph Geswelli, Stanislaw Kaczynski, David Sawicki, Veronica Pankowski Deceased: Edward Tracy, Sr., Grace Roche, Steve Matuszek, Irene Wyss, Bill Donohue
