Guidelines for the Sadhana Camp Applicants to retain the guidelines and not courier it to The Administrative Office

Registrations: -

1. All applicants are requested to route their forms through their respective Centres.

2. Applicants are requested to fill the registration form along with a copy of self

attested Photo Id and send it to “The Administrative Officer, Sadhu Vaswani Mission,

10, Sadhu Vaswani Path, Pune – 411 001” on or before September 30th, 2016.

(Kindly do not send the registrations forms to The Hotel) Acceptable forms of Photo

ID’s are (PAN CARD / AADHAAR CARD / VOTER CARD / PASSPORT / DRIVING

LICENCE)

3. The Only mode of payments accepted towards registration fees are by Cash or

Demand Draft drawn in the favour of “Sadhu Vaswani Mission.”

4. Registrations on the day of arrival at The Hotel need to be complete latest by 11.30

A.M

5. Filing of this form does not guarantee admission. If we are not able to accommodate

you, you will be informed and will receive full refund.

Cancellation Policy:-

6. Application for cancellations received on or before :-

October 10: 100% refund October 20: 75% refund October 31: 50% refund

No application for cancellation will be entertained after October 31, 2016

7. Are requested to carry their Original Passport and Visa related Documents at The Hotel during check in.

It is a constant endeavour by Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani, that we should cultivate the soul, in

this pursuit, the organising committee with folded hands wishes to share a few disciplines

to be maintained by the participants throughout the Sadhana Camp so that it becomes a

soulful journey.

1. Participants to maintain silence at all times and are required to attend all the programmes punctually, NO MOBILES are allowed in the Satsang hall.

2. Participants should refrain from reserving seats; reserved seats are only for singers and musicians.

3. Participants are requested to leave their foot wear in their respective rooms, and so are requested to carry few pairs of socks, if they cannot walk barefoot.

4. In triple occupancy room, one of the occupants will have to sleep on the floor, co-operation is requested.

5. Participants are requested to carry their own yoga mats with them as well as yoga costumes (Fully Covered)

6. Each participant is requested to carry general medicines along with them.

7. Brothers and sisters are required to remain in their respective sections. Food arrangements will be made separately.

8. Participants are required to wear simple (and well covered) clothes - preferably white. They are requested to note that a person is not completely dressed until his /her face wears a SMILE. All girls & ladies are required to wear traditional Indian dresses like Salwar Kurta, Sari, Long Kurtis, Pants, no other outfits will be allowed. Boys and Men are not allowed to wear shorts.

9. Reading of newspaper, listening to the radio or watching T.V., use of telephone, sightseeing and shopping is to be strictly avoided.

10. No change of room-mates will be allowed without prior permission of the In-charge.

11. The Camp is open only to participants. No visitors please!

12. All participants are requested to wear their name badges at all times.

13. Participants cannot leave the premises without the permission of the in-charge.

14. Kindly mention your room preference in the registration form, at The Hotel, no requests will be entertained.

15. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions, participants need to attend the entire camp, leaving the camp midway is not permitted.
