Itis mainly placed between a thermalprinterandanembossingstation.Thisfeatureserves toavoidthecardtrans-portation through all the machine’smodulesbyexcludingthosewhicharenotinuse.

lASER EnGRAvinGThe Laser Engraving Module canengrave text, images and barcodes,which can eliminate the cost of printribbons. Laser engraving can also beused on contactless and display cardsinsteadofembossingtopreventdam-agetothecircuitryinthecard.Thefulldigital control loop allows full controltoachievehighqualityresultsonmanydifferent card materials. Any through-put requirement can be matched de-pendingoncardmaterialandnumberof laser heads. The module supportssingleanddual-sideengraving.
