RULES OF THE FIS POINTS - Edition 2015 These Rules are integral part of the ICR.

1. The Competition

1.1 Requirements Only races that meet the following requirements will be taken into consideration for FIS points: - Announcement of the competition in the FIS Calendar - Strict observance of the International Competition Rules (ICR). - The competition must be held within the period specified in art. 3.

1.2 Schedule Changes, Shifting and Cancellation Changes in schedule, i.e. shifting the race to another date, cancellation of competition, or essential changes in the race program must be communicated at once to the FIS - CH-3653 Oberhofen/Thunersee

1.2.1 Change of categories If a National Association wishes to change a registered competition from one category to another (or add a new event to the FIS Calendar) FIS must be notified 10 days before the first Team Captains’ Meeting.

1.3 Downhill in Two Runs Downhill races carried out in two runs must be identified as such in the FIS Calendar, and must be part of international FIS competitions, provided the race course has a vertical drop according to art. 701.1 of the ICR. In exceptional cases (unfavorable snow or atmospheric conditions) especially if carrying out the original Downhill is jeopardized, it is permitted to conduct the Downhill in two runs, if the Jury so decides.

1.4 Competitions for U21 At FIS Calendar competitions for U21 (NJR or JUN) seniors are not allowed to participate. Exception: National Junior Championships

1.5 National Championships For each National Association’s national championships only one race per sex in each event is allowed for ladies and men with the relevant category adder for NC and NJC.

1.6 National Junior Race (NJR) Every NSA will have a fix quota for all NJR competitions depending on its FIS Quota (including country group art 9.1.6) according to the following calculation: FIS Quota NJR Quota 10 – 9 5 8 – 7 4 6 – 5 3 Up to 4 2

The Organising Nation is allowed to start with a maximum of 115 competitors. If there are less than 25 foreign competitors entered or the Organising Nation doesn’t utilize the 115 competitor’s quota, the normal FIS quota can be applied taking into consideration the total number of 140 as maximum number of competitors. At Ladies’ competitions this precision will be applied only if more than 140 competitors have been entered.

2. The Competitors

2.1 Registration - Competitors are registered by using the FOU System on the FIS website via

the Members Section, http://www.fis-ski.com/. Change the status “active” to "inactive" for all those competitors who should not be included on the FIS points list anymore. Competitors with the status "active" will be considered as registered for the coming season. Injured competitors must remain active with the FIS to maintain injury protection.

- All competitors who reached their 16th birthday before the end of the calendar year (Art. 607 of the ICR) will be considered. Only competitors who have signed the Athletes Declaration as per ICR art. 203.3 may be registered for a FIS License. The National Ski Association is responsible that they have appropriate insurance and have signed the FIS athlete's declaration.

Active (in the FIS points list). The status "active" remains also if athletes do not participate at a FIS event. Status changes from “active” to “inactive” can only be done between 1st June and 31st December.

2.1.1 First Registration At the time of first registration of competitors for the FIS points list, FIS points as well as already notified FIS Code numbers must be controlled precisely. If they are wrong the points and the competitions where they were earned must be indicated.

2.1.2 Code Number Only competitors (Ladies and Men) with a valid FIS code are admitted to the races.

3. Evaluation Period

3.1 Northern Hemisphere The evaluation period starts the second weekend of November and ends 30th April. Exception: World Cup and European Cup. In the time between the World Cup Opening and the start of the evaluation period, only races at Entry League (ENL) level may be valid for FIS points.

3.2 Southern Hemisphere For the Southern Hemisphere, the evaluation period starts 1st July and ends 15th October.

4. Calculation Process

4.1 Race Points The race points will be calculated according to the alpine formula.

4.2 FIS Points

4.2.1 Base FIS Points list (BL) (*) The Base FIS Points List (BL) will be published middle of June.

4.2.1.1 The average of the best two results in each event during the past season will be used for the calculation of the BL list.

4.2.1.2 For a competitor who has obtained only one result in any of the alpine events (Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super G or Alpine Combined), during the past season period, a 20% (+) of his result will be added to the result.

4.2.1.3 For a competitor who has not obtained results in any of the alpine events (Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super G or Alpine Combined), during the past season period, a 50% (>) will be added to the previous BL points. These competitors must remain registered as active with the FIS.

4.2.1.4 If the status as injured is approved, and a competitor has not started more than five (5) times (FIS and COC level competitions) plus four (4) times (World Cup competitions) in one event and/or more than fifteen (15) times (FIS and COC level competitions) plus eight (8) times (World Cup competitions) across all events during the valid season.10% (#) will be added to the competitor’s BL if the current points are not better as the protected points.

4.2.1.5 If a competitor drops out of the top 30 of the WCSL at the time of the BL-calculation he will receive his real FIS Points (min. 6 FIS Points).

4.2.1.6 Correction Value (Z) Before the allocation of points for the top 30 WCSL takes place at the beginning of the season only, a correction (Z) will be calculated.

4.2.2 Normal FIS Points list (NL) The list number one will be published 1st July based on the BL.

4.2.2.1 The NL will reflect the average of a competitor's best two results in each event during the current period if the points are better than the BL.

4.2.2.2 If a competitor drops out of the top 30 of the WCSL during the current period he will receive his real FIS points if the calculated points are better than the BL (min.6 FIS Points).

4.2.2.3 Only one Result and no BL points 20% will be added to the competitors result.

4.2.2.4 Only one Result and BL points If the competitor has only 1 result per event during the current period, but has BL points, than the BL points will be valid.

4.2.3 Anti-Doping Rule violation An athlete subject to an anti-doping rule violation will have previously achieved FIS points deleted, according to article 10.1.2 FIS Anti-Doping Rules.

4.2.4 Validity Period The validity period of the results is the current season.

4.3 Integration of the World Cup Starting List (WCS L) The top 30 competitors on the WCSL will be allocated FIS points between 0 (zero) and 5.99.

4.3.1 Formula for the Conversion of the top 30 WCSL

4.4 Calculating Penalties

4.4.1 Calculation of the Penalties The penalty calculation shall be based on the corresponding valid lists.

4.4.2 The Best Five Competitors who started the Race The five competitors with the best FIS points who started the race, are selected (classified, disqualified, DNF and did not start 2nd run). The competitors with status “DNS1” will not be considered. If the points are above the maximum value, the maximum value will be used. (see art 4.4.4)

4.4.3 The Best Five classified competitors The five competitors with the best FIS points who are ranked amongst the top ten of the race concerned will be selected. If points are above the maximum value or missing, the maximum value will be used for the penalty calculation.

4.4.4 Less than five Competitors: Maximum Value If there are less than five competitors with FIS points amongst the first ten of the result list, or there are not five competitors who started with FIS points, then those competitors without FIS points, i.e. the remaining competitors will receive the maximum value: Downhill: 310 FIS points Super G: 250 FIS points Slalom: 145 FIS points Giant Slalom: 200 FIS points Alpine Combined: 250 FIS points If less than three competitors with FIS points are ranked within the five, which are taken into consideration, the competition is not considered. At least three competitors must have FIS points (irrespective of the number of points) and at least five competitors have to be classified.

4.4.5 Two or More Competitors are Ranked 10th In the event where two or more competitors are ranked 10th in the race, they shall all be taken into consideration for the penalty calculation, as long as they are included in the five with the best FIS points.

4.4.6 Two or More Competitors have the fifth best FIS Points If two or more competitors have the fifth best FIS points, which should be taken into consideration for the penalty calculation, the competitor with the higher

race points will be considered for the penalty calculation. (Reason: better penalty).

4.4.7 Calculation - The best five FIS points or the maximum value of the first ten classified

competitors (= sum A), and the best five competitors who started in the FIS points ranking (= sum B) are added. Now the race points of the competitors with the best five FIS points are added (= sum C). The maximum value of the race points will be calculated if they are higher than the maximum of the corresponding competition (DH 310, SL 145, GS 200, SG 250, AC 250).

- Now the sum of the race points will be subtracted from the sum of the best five FIS points of the ten classified and the best five competitors who started. The resulting figure shall then be divided by ten (sum A + sum B – sum C) ÷ 10.

4.4.8 Rounding Up and Down the Penalties The points shall be rounded down from four thousandths of a point and rounded up from five thousandths of a point (e.g. 13.654 = 13.65 or 21.849 = 21.85).

4.4.9 Alpine Combined FIS points are awarded for speed events (DH or SG) in all FIS Alpine Combined events, except in World Cup, Europa Cup, Olympic Winter Games and World Championships, where only if the competitor has completed both runs he receives FIS points for speed events (DH or SG). The FIS point penalty will be applied taking into consideration the technical data. If the SL run takes place before the DH or SG, competitors who DNS, DNF or DSQ will start in DH or SG with their original bib after the last competitor who qualified in the SL run.

4.4.10 FIS points for KO FIS points will be calculated for the European Cup KO qualification run.

4.5 Category Adder and Minimum/Maximum-Value The category adder and minimum/maximum values will be published on each valid FIS points list (1st page).

4.6 Injury Status

4.6.1 Registration When a competitor injures himself and applies for the single penalty, the National Ski Association must apply to the FIS as soon as possible or latest 30th April for the approval using the official form and submitting a medical certificate. This official form and medical certificate are only valid for one season. (World Cup: see World Cup Rules art 21.2)

4.6.1.1 Conditions - At least 8 months must have been passed between the time of the injury and

the competitors 1st start. - Competitors must remain registered as active with the FIS to maintain injury

protection. - A competitor has not started more than five (5) times (FIS and COC level

competitions) + four (4) times (World Cup competitions) in one event and/or more then fifteen (15) times (FIS and COC level competitions + eight (8) times (World Cup competitions) across all events during the valid season.

4.6.1.2 WCSL Top 30 Athletes who are ranked in the top 30 of the WCSL at the time of their injury and will be ranked outside top 30 of the WCSL after applying the single penalty according to art. 21.4 of the World Cup rules, will get the better of their normally calculated FIS points for the BL or the points of the rank in the BL FIS point list which equates to their rank in the WCSL.

4.7 Professional Obligations or Military Service If a National Ski Association submits in advance an application for a “study or military status” certifying that a racer will not be able to compete due to professional obligations (studies) or military service and has indicated why and how long the competitor was prevented from racing, the procedure will be handled according art. 4.6.

4.8 Evaluation of Several Races during One Event

4.8.1 Downhill (DH), Slalom (SL), Giant Slalom (GS), Super G (SG) and Alpine Combined (AC) As part of one event, only two races per discipline and category (World Cup, COC, FIS) may be announced in the FIS Calendar and taken into consideration within the period of 5 days on the same homologated course. In case of a third DH or third SG being part of AC, FIS points will not be awarded for the speed event. Furthermore the organization of so-called replacement competitions held in addition to an event with two races per discipline and category, is not permitted. For such additional competitions no FIS points will be given.

5. The FIS Points List

5.1 The FIS points list is only available electroni cally ( ftp://ftp.fisski.ch ) ALFPxxx.zip is the file and valid with the FIS points list program (the “xxx” is always the number of the list and season - for example 1st List 2008/2009=ALFP109F.zip = full list or ALFP109P = only updated information since last list).

6. Printing Deadlines and Validity of the Individua l Lists The printing deadlines and validity date are published on the FIS Website. FIS points lists will be issued every three (3) weeks during the Northern Hemisphere season.

7. Registration Fee

7.1 Registration A registration fee for each registered competitor will be charge. This amount will be debited from the FIS current account of the respective National Ski Association.

7.2 Registration Fee per season for each Competitor

Entries through the FOU System: The registration fee for each competitor is CHF 33.-- during the entire season.

Entries through the FIS Office: Until 31st December, registration fee of CHF 33.--. As from 1st January, registration fee of CHF 100.--.

7.2.1 Points confirmation The fee for a confirmation of points is CHF 200.--.

7.3 No refund If a competitor retires during the season or there is an incorrect registration made by the National Ski Association, no refund will be given.

7.4 FIS Points Lists The FIS points lists are only available electronically and can be downloaded free of charge from the ftp://ftp.fisski.ch. TIP: Install the FIS list program (Fislistsetup.exe) on your computer, also available on ftp://ftp.fisski.ch. With this program you can easily work with the FIS points.

8. Instructions for Organisers and Technical Delega tes

8.1 Electronic Data Transmission The results must be transmitted electronically and in the FIS format (E-Mail: alpineresults@fisski.ch). The TD must supervise the correct transmission of the results and make a corresponding report online immediately after the event and check if the results on the website are correct. Results without TD and Timing reports will be no longer included in the FIS points list.

8.1.1 Composition of the file name for the transmission of race results: - Nation of OC (three letters as listed in the FIS ICR) - Codex (according to the FIS Calendar) After the point: - xml

8.2 Recommendation for Evaluation or Non-evaluation Should there be valid reasons to exclude the competition from being evaluated for FIS points, these reasons must be indicated on the "Report of the Technical Delegate". If a race has to be cancelled after a large number of racers have finished; the Technical Delegate must submit a report with a recommendation for evaluation or non-evaluation of the race.

9. Quotas

9.1 Quota Calculation

9.1.1 1st FIS Points List For each National Ski Association, the quota for FIS races will be calculated by the FIS points of those competitors listed in the 1st FIS points list of the season, in one of the five events (DH, SL, GS, SG, AC). For each National Ski Association the most favorable event for its competitors will be taken into consideration.

9.1.2 Top 150 (according 9.6) of the FIS Points List 1 – 6 competitors 6 places 7 competitors 7 places 8 competitors 8 places 9 competitors 9 places 10 or more competitors 10 places

9.1.3 No Competitors Ranked in the top 150, but Ranked from 151 - 300 of the FIS Points List 0 – 1 competitors 4 places 2 or more competitors 5 places

9.1.4 Validity These quotas are valid for the evaluation period of the FIS points list.

9.1.5 Basic Quota for the Organising Ski Association The basic quota for the organising ski association is in all cases 50, with the possibility of filling up to a maximum of 140. If by respecting the authorised national quotas and the basic quotas of the organising nations the number reaches more than 140, this is permissible. If the number of competitors does not reach 140, the organising National Ski Association may fill to the maximum of 140 competitors with its own competitors.

9.1.5.1 Exception The basic quota for the following organising National Ski Associations is in all cases 70 for SL and GS, and 90 for DH, SG and AC: AUT, CAN, FRA, GER, ITA, NOR, SLO, SWE, SUI, USA, RUS.

9.1.6 Country Groups - For CAN-USA / DAN-FIN-ISL-NOR-SWE / FRA (Pyrenees)-SPA-AND /

ARG-BOL-BRA-CHI / AUS-FIJ-NZL / CHN- JPN-KOR-MGL -IND-PAK / LIB-ROU-RSA-CYP-LUX-POR-AND-SRB-MON-RSM-IRE): maximum 30 for each nation for races organised in a country of those country groups.

- For the following countries: ARM-BIH-BUL-CRO-CZE-GRE-KAZ-MNE-SRB-MKD-POL-RUS-SLO-SVK-TUR-IRA-UZB-UKR the quota is 30 in events organised in one of the bordering countries.

- For the following countries: BIH-BUL-SLO-SRB double quota for each nation for races organized in a country of the country group in case race is not filled up to a maximum of 140 racers on the draw board.

- For competitions in LIE the neighboring countries SUI and AUT receive a quota of 30.

- The organising nation always has a quota according art. 9.1.5.

9.2 Quota Rule for Ladies For Ladies events, quotas will only be enforced when more than 140 competitors are entered.

9.3 Cups Quotas for the different Cups will be fixed according to the respective special rules.

9.4 Double Quotas for Host Nations As long as both nations concerned are in agreement, the nation in whose country the race is taking place may have a double quota. Higher quotas than this must be proposed by the time of the autumn meeting (Southern Hemisphere: spring meeting).

9.5 Double FIS Quotas for the Races in the Southern Hemisphere In the Southern Hemisphere double quotas are valid. The Organisers however have the right to reduce quotas to the normal FIS quotas in case of high entries. The same right applies for countries from the Southern Hemisphere, if they would like a double quota in the Northern Hemisphere. The negotiations must take place between the National Ski Associations in conjunction with the Organisers concerned and are valid only for events specifically agreed. A copy of such an agreement must be shown to the Technical Delegate and provided to FIS.

9.6 Competitors who are no Longer Active After one year without results in a event, the FIS points will be specially marked on the FIS points list. (Art. 5.2). If a competitor has no results in at least one event he will no longer be counted in the calculation of the quotas, however they have still the right to start according to their FIS points.

9.7 International Participation in National Champio nships

9.7.1 Conditions National Championships will only be considered "international competitions" and taken into consideration for the FIS points when all conditions for FIS races are followed and registrations of foreign National Ski Associations are accepted according to the valid FIS quota. The organising National Ski Association is obliged to accept up to 25 foreigners. However they may allow more than 25 foreigners to start by applying the quota of each country.

9.7.2 Official channel National Ski Associations wishing to enter their competitors in the National Championships of another country should apply directly to the associations involved until at latest one week before the beginning of the competitions/training. The FIS may intervene to resolve any differences of opinion which may arise.

9.8 Participation in FIS Competitions

9.8.1 The quotas of the National Ski Associations for participation in FIS Calendar competitions are as follows:

9.8.1.1 Olympic Winter Games and FIS World Ski Championships According to the rules of the International Olympic Committee and the Rules for the Organisation of FIS Word Ski Championships.

9.8.1.2 FIS World Cup, FIS Continental Cups and FIS Races According to the corresponding rules.

9.8.1.3 Special Quotas The FIS Council can allow special quotas for certain countries and regions. National Ski Associations must send direct specific requests to the FIS a minimum two weeks before the autumn meeting. For the Southern Hemisphere: two weeks before the spring meeting.

9.8.2 For all alpine competitions the number of competitors should not exceed 140. If by respecting the authorised national quotas and the basic quotas of the organising nations the number reaches more than 140, this is permissible. If the number of competitors does not reach 140, the organising National Ski Association may fill to the maximum of 140 competitors with its own competitors.

9.9 Over Quota Every NSA has the right to start the maximum number of racers allowed by their quota only. For Ladies competitions see art 9.2.

9.9.1 Quotas must be supervised at the Team Captains meeting and before the draw by the TD, the race secretary and the respective Team Captains.

9.9.2 If a competitor is entered and actually starts and consequently exceeds the nation’s quota he will not be considered in the calculation for the final result or for the penalty calculation if this breach of rules is discovered before the official results are published. He will be shown in the results as DSQ (Over Quota). In the event that such a breach of rules is only found after the submission and publication of the results, the results will be re-calculated at the FIS Office following the removal of any over quota athletes who will be shown in the results as DSQ (Over Quota). This procedure will be handled at the FIS Office and confirmed by the Classification Sub-Committee during their next meeting.

1. Der Wettbewerb

1.1 Voraussetzungen Für die FIS Punktebewertung können nur Wettbewerbe herangezogen werden, welche die nachstehenden Voraussetzungen erfüllen: - Ausschreibung im FIS Kalender - Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen der IWO - Durchführung innerhalb den in Art. 3 festgelegten Bewertungszeiträumen

1.2 Terminänderungen, Verschiebungen und Absagen Terminänderungen wie zeitliche Verschiebungen und Absagen von

Wettbewerben, ferner wesentliche Änderungen im Programm müssen umgehend der FIS

1.2.1 Kategoriewechsel Wünscht ein Nationaler Verband einen Kategoriewechsel (oder eine Neueinschreibung eines Rennens) muss dies dem FIS Büro mindestesns 10 Tage vor der ersten Mannschaftsführersitzung gemeldet werden.

1.3 Abfahrt in zwei Läufen Abfahrten in zwei Läufen müssen im FIS Kalender als solche ausgeschrieben sein. Sie sind nur im Rahmen von internationalen FIS Wettbewerben zulässig, wobei der Höhenunterschied gemäss Art. 701.1 IWO eingehalten werden muss. In Ausnahmefällen (Witterungs-, Schneeverhältnisse) können, wenn die Gefahr einer Absage besteht, Abfahrten durch Beschluss der Jury in zwei Läufen ausgetragen werden.

1.4 Wettkämpfe für U21 An Wettkämpfe U21, welche im FIS Kalender ausgeschrieben sind (NJR oder JUN), dürfen keine Senioren teilnehmen. Ausnahme: Nationale Juniorenmeisterschaften.

1.5 Nationale Meisterschaften Jeder Nationale Verband hat die Möglichkeit pro Saison eine Nationale Meisterschaft durchzuführen, doch es ist nur ein Rennen für Damen und Herren pro Bewerb der Kategorie NC und NJC erlaubt.

1.6 Nationale Juniorenrennen (NJR) Jeder NSA hat eine fixe Quote für alle NJR Rennen abhänging von der FIS Quote (inkludiert Ländergruppen art 9.1.6) gemäss folgender Berechnung: FIS Quota NJR Quota 10 – 9 5 8 – 7 4

6 – 5 3 Bis zu 4 2 Die organisierende Nation hat das Recht mit maximal 115 Wettkämpfer zu starten. Falls weniger als 25 ausländische Wettkämpfer gemeldet sind oder die organisierende Nation die Quote von 115 Wettkämpfer nicht anwendet, kann die normale FIS Quote angewendet werden vorausgesetzt die Maximumquote von 140 wird berücksichtigt. Bei Damen Wettkämpfen wird diese Präzisierung nur angewendet, wenn mehr als 140 Wettkämpfer angemeldet sind.

2. Die Wettkämpfer

2.1 Anmeldung - Die Wettkämpfer können via FOU System auf der FIS Webseite via

„Members Sektion“ registriert werden: http://www.fis-ski.com. Es sind all jene Wettkämpfer mit dem Status "Aktiv" auf „Inaktiv“ zu setzen, welche nicht mehr für die FIS Punkteliste berücksichtigt werden sollen. Wettkämpfer mit Status „Aktiv“ gelten als angemeldet für die kommende Saison. Wettkämpfer mit Verletztenstatus müssen als aktive Wettkämpfer gemeldet werden und aktiv bleiben. Bewertet werden die Wettkämpfer die ihren 16. Geburtstag vor dem Ende des Kalenderjahres erreichen (Art. 607 der IWO).

- Es können nur diejenigen Wettkämpfer aufgenommen werden, welche die Athletenerklärung beim Nationalen Ski Verband gemäss Art. 203.3 IWO unterzeichnet haben,

Der jeweilige Nationale Verband ist dafür verantwortlich, dass die Wettkämpfer entsprechend versichert sind und die Athletenerklärung unterzeichnet haben.

- Aktiv (in der FIS Punkte Liste). Der Status "Aktiv" wird beibehalten auch wenn die Wettkämpfer nicht an FIS Bewerben teilnehmen. Status Änderungen von „Aktiv“ nach „Inaktiv“ können nur zwischen dem 1.Juni – 31.Dezember. getätigt werden.

2.1.1 Erstanmeldung Bei der Erstanmeldung eines Wettkämpfers für die FIS Punkteliste müssen die allenfalls herausgefahrenen FIS Punkte genau kontrolliert werden sowie auch die schon vorhandene FIS Code Nummer, welche bei einer Anfrage erteilt wurde (Art. 2.3). Stimmen sie nicht, sind die Punkte und die Wettbewerbe, bei denen sie erzielt worden sind, anzugeben.

2.1.2 Codenummer Es werden nur Wettkämpfer (Damen und Herren) mit einem gültigen FIS Code zu den Rennen zugelassen.

3. Der Bewertungszeitraum

3.1 Nördliche Hemisphäre Der Bewertungszeitraum beginnt am zweiten (2) Wochenende im November und endet am 30. April. Ausnahme: Weltcup und Europa Cup In der Zeit zwischen der Weltcup Eröffnung und des Bewertungszeitrums dürfen nur Wettkämpfe auf Entry League (ENL) Ebene für die FIS Punkte bewertet werden.

3.2 Südliche Hemisphäre Für die südliche Hemisphäre gilt der Bewertungszeitraum vom 1. Juli bis am 15. Oktober.

4. Die Berechnungsmethode

4.1 Rennpunkte Die Rennpunkte werden gemäss der alpinen Formel errechnet.

4.2 FIS Punkte

4.2.1 Basis FIS Punkte Liste (BL) (*) Die Basis FIS Punkte Liste (BL) wird Mitte Juni veröffentlicht.

4.2.1.1 Für die Berechnung der Basis Punkte Liste (BL) wird der Durchschnitt der zwei besten Ergebnisse der letzten Saison in jeder Disziplin herangezogen

4.2.1.2 Hat ein Wettkämpfer nur ein Ergebnis in den alpinen Disziplinen (Abfahrt, Slalom, Riesenslalom, Super-G, oder Alpin Kombination), während der Berechnungsperiode der letzten Saison erzielt, so werden 20% (+) auf dieses Ergebnis addiert.

4.2.1.3 Hat ein Wettkämpfer kein Ergebnis in den alpinen Disziplinen (Abfahrt, Slalom, Riesenslalom, Super-G, oder Alpin Kombination), während der Berechnungsperiode der letzten Saison erzielt, so werden 50% (>) auf die Punkte der vorhergehenden Basis Liste addiert. Diese Wettkämpfer müssen in der FIS als aktiv registriert bleiben.

4.2.1.4 Sofern der Verletztenstatus genehmigt ist und ein Wettkämpfer ist nicht öfter als fünf (5) mal (FIS und COC Stufe) plus vier (4) mal (Weltcup Stufe) in einer Disziplin und/oder fünfzehn (15) mal (FIS und COC Stufe) plus acht (8) mal (Weltcup) gesamthaft in allen Disziplinen während der Berechnungsperiode der Saison gestartet, so werden 10 % (#) auf seine Punkte der BL addiert, sofern die herausgefahrenen Punkte nicht besser als die geschützten Punkte sind.

4.2.1.5 Wenn ein Wettkämpfer zum Zeitpunkt der Berechnung der BL aus den besten 30 Athleten der WCSL Liste herausfällt, so erhält er seine effektiven FIS Punkte (mindestens 6 FIS Punkte).

4.2.1.6 Korrekturwert (Z) Vor der Zuteilung der FIS Punkte für die ersten 30 der WCSL wird am Anfange der Saison eine Korrekturwert (Z) kalkuliert.

4.2.2 Normale FIS Punkte Liste (NL) Die erste Liste wird basierend auf die BL am 1. Juli veröffentlicht.

4.2.2.1 Die NL gibt den Durchschnitt der zwei besten Ergebnisse Eines Wettkampfers in jeder Disziplin während der laufenden Gültigkeitsperiode an, sofern die Punkte besser als in der Basisliste (BL) sind.

4.2.2.2 Wenn ein Wettkämpfer während der laufenden Gültigkeitsperiode Aus den besten 30 Athleten der WCSL Liste herausfällt, so erhält er seine effektiven FIS Punkte, sofern die berechneten Punkte besser als in der Basisliste (BL) sind (mindestens 6 FIS Punkte).

4.2.2.3 Nur ein Resultat und keine BL Punkte 20% werden auf das erzielte Ergebnis dazugerechnet.

4.2.2.4 Nur ein Resultat und BL Punkte Hat der Wettkämpfer in der laufenden Periode nur ein Resultat pro Disziplin, aber BL Punkt, dann zählen die BL Punkte.

4.2.3 Anti-Doping Regelverletzung Alle erreichten FIS Punkte eines Athleten, der eine Anti-Doping Regelverletzung gemäss Art. 10.1.2. der FIS Anti-Doping Regeln begeht, werden gelöscht.

4.2.4 Gültigkeitsdauer Die Gültigkeitsdauer der Ergebnisse erstreckt sich über die laufende Saison.

4.3 Integration der Weltcupstartliste (WCSL) Die besten 30 Athleten der WCSL erhalten im entsprechenden prozentualen Verhältnis die FIS Punkte 0 (zero) - 5.99.

4.3.1 Formel für Umrechnung der top 30 der WCSL:

4.4 Berechnung des Zuschlages

4.4.1 Berechnung der Zuschläge Die Zuschläge sind auf der Basis der jeweils gültigen Listen zu berechnen.

4.4.2 Die besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfer Von den besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfern der FIS Punkteliste werden die FIS Punkte herausgesucht (klassierte, disqualifizierte, ausgeschiedene und nicht am Start 2. Lauf). Die Wettkämpfer mit Status (DNS1) werden nicht berücksichtigt. Liegen die Punkte über dem Maximalwert, wird der Maximalwert berücksichtigt.

4.4.3 Die besten fünf klassierten Wettkämpfer Aus den ersten zehn Rängen des betreffenden Wettbewerbes werden die fünf Wettkämpfer mit den besten FIS Punkten herausgesucht. Liegen die Punkte über dem Maximalwert oder fehlen diese, wird der Maximalwert für die Zuschlagsberechnung berücksichtigt.

4.4.4 Weniger als fünf Wettkämpfer: Maximalwert Wenn unter den ersten zehn Wettkämpfern der Rangliste weniger als fünf mit FIS Punkten figurieren oder nicht fünf der gestarteten Wettkämpfer FIS Punkte besitzen, wird den jeweils schlechtesten platzierten ohne FIS Punkte bzw. den verbleibenden ein Maximalwert zugeteilt: Abfahrt: 310 FIS Punkte Super-G: 250 FIS Punkte Slalom: 145 FIS Punkte Riesenslalom: 200 FIS Punkte Alpin Kombination 250 FIS Punkte Sind weniger als drei Wettkämpfer in den fünf des Klassements, die zur Bewertung herangezogen werden, mit FIS Punkten enthalten, so erfolgt keine

Wertung. Es müssen mindestens drei Wettkämpfer FIS Punkte besitzen, egal wie hoch, und mindestens fünf Wettkämpfer müssen klassiert sein.

4.4.5 Zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer im 10. Rang Befinden sich im 10. Rang der Ergebnisliste zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer, werden für die Zuschlagsberechnung alle Wettkämpfer gewertet, die zu den fünf mit den besten FIS Punkten gehören.

4.4.6 Zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer besitzen die fünft besten FIS Punkte Besitzen zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer in der Zuschlagsberechnung die fünft besten FIS Punkte, dann wird derjenige Wettkämpfer mit den höheren Rennpunkten berücksichtigt. Grund: Besserer Zuschlag.

4.4.7 Berechnung - Die fünf besten FIS Punkte oder der Maximalwert der ersten zehn

klassierten (= Summe A) und der besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfer der FIS Punkteliste (= Summe B) werden zusammengezählt. Nun werden die Rennpunkte der Wettkämpfer mit den besten fünf FIS Punkten addiert (= Summe C). Rennpunkte, die höher sind als das dem Wettbewerb entsprechende Maximum (DH 310, SL 145, GS 200, SG 250, AC 250), werden mit dem Maximal Wert gerechnet.

- Nun wird die Summe der Rennpunkte von der Summe der fünf besten FIS Punkte unter den zehn klassierten und der besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfer subtrahiert und diese Zahl durch zehn dividiert (Summe A + Summe B - Summe C) ÷ 10.

4.4.8 Zuschläge auf- und abrunden Der Zuschlag ist bis 4/1000 abzurunden und ab 5/1000 aufzurunden (z.B. 13.654 = 13.65 oder 21.849 = 21.85).

4.4.9 Alpin Kombination FIS Punkte werden für den Geschwindigkeitsbewerb (DH oder SG) bei allen FIS Bewerben vergeben. Ausser bei Weltcup, Europa Cup, Olympische Winter Spiele und Weltmeisterschaften erhält der Athlet seine FIS Punkte nur, wenn er beide Läufe beendet hat. Der FIS Punktezuschlag wird unter Berücksichtigung der Technischen Daten angewandt. Wird der SL vor der DH oder SG gestartet, werden Athleten welche DNS, DNF oder DSQ haben und in der DH oder SG starten wollen mit ihrer Originalstartnummer nach dem letzten qualifizierten Athleten vom SL starten können.

4.4.10 FIS Punkte für KO FIS Punkte werden für den Qualifikationslauf der EC KO Bewerbe berechnet.

4.5 Kategorie-Adder und Minimum/Maximum-Wert Der Kategorie Adder und die Minimum/Maximum Werte werden auf jeder FIS Punkteliste (1. Seite) publiziert.

4.6 Verletztenstatus

4.6.1 Gesuch Verletztenstatus Wenn sich ein Wettkämpfer verletzt und den Verletztenstatus beansprucht, muss der nationale Verband sobald als möglich oder spätestens bis zum 30. April um Genehmigung des Verletztenstatus ansuchen, wobei das offizielle Antragsformular und ein ärztliches Zeugnis an die FIS eingesandt werden

müssen. Dieses offizielle Formular und das ärztliche Zeugnis sind nur für eine Saison gültig. (Weltcup: siehe Weltcup Regeln art. 21.2 )

4.6.1.1 Bedingungen - Zwischen dem Zeitpunkt der Verletzung und dem ersten Start müssen

mindestens 8 (acht) Monate vergangen sein. - Wettkämpfer müssen als aktive Wettkämpfer gemeldet werden und aktiv

bleiben. - Der Wettkämpfer ist nicht öfter als fünf (5) mal (FIS und COC Stufe) plus vier

(4) mal (Weltcup Stufe) in einer Disziplin und/oder fünfzehn (15) mal (FIS und COC Stufe) plus acht (8) mal gesamthaft in allen Disziplinen während der Berechnungsperiode der Saison gestartet.

4.6.1.2 WCSL Top 30 Athleten, die zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Verletzung in den Top 30 der WCSL klassiert sind und nach Anwendung des Zuschlags gemäß Art. 21.4 des Weltcup Reglements aus den Top 30 herausfallen, erhalten die bessern kalkulierten Punkte für die BL oder die Punkte ihres Ranges in der BL FIS Punkte Liste welches ihrem Rang in der WCSL entspricht.

4.7 Berufliche Verhinderung/Militärdienst Wenn von einem nationalen Verband im Voraus ein Antrag auf Erteilung des Status wegen beruflicher Verhinderung (Studienzeit) oder Militärdienst eingereicht wird und der bestätigt, dass der Wettkämpfer nicht an Wettkämpfen teilnehmen kann und aus dem die Dauer der Verhinderung hervorgeht, wird gemäss Art. 4.6 vorgegangen.

4.8 Bewertung mehrerer Wettbewerbe im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung

4.8.1 Abfahrt (DH), Slalom (SL), Riesenslalom (GS), Super-G (SG) und Alpin Kombination (AC) Im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung können im FIS Kalender innerhalb von 5 Tagen nur zwei Wettbewerbe pro Disziplin und Kategorie (Weltcup, COC, FIS) auf dem gleich homologierten Hang ausgeschrieben und gewertet werden. Wenn ein dritter Geschwindigkeitsbewerb (DH oder SG) Teil einer AC ist, werden für den Geschwindigkeitsbewerb keine FIS Punkte vergeben. Auch die Durchführung von sog. Ersatzwettkämpfen zusätzlich zu einer Veranstaltung mit zwei Rennen pro Disziplin und Kategorie ist nicht gestattet. Für solche zusätzlichen Wettbewerbe werden keine FIS Punkte berechnet.

5. FIS Punkteliste

5.1 Die FIS Punkteliste ist nur noch elektronisch e rhältlich ( ftp://ftp.fisski.ch ) ALFPxxx.zip ist die Datei, welche mit dem FIS Punkteliste Programm aufgeladen wird (für die „xxx“ steht jeweils die Nummer der Liste sowie die Saison - zum Beispiel 1. Liste 2008/2009=ALFP109F.zip = komplette Liste oder ALFP109P = nur die aktualisierte Information seit der letzten Liste).

6. Redaktionsschluss und Gültigkeit der einzelnen L isten

Die Redaktionsschlüsse und Gültigkeitsdauer werden auf der FIS Webseite veröffentlicht. Während der Saison der Nördlichen Hemisphäre erscheinen die FIS Punktelisten alle drei (3) Wochen.

7. Einschreibegebühren

7.1 Einschreibungen Die Einschreibegebühr für jeden gemeldeten Wettkämpfer beträgt CHF 33.--. Dieser Betrag wird dem FIS Kontokorrent des entsprechenden nationalen Verbandes verrechnet.

7.2 Einschreibegebühr pro Saison pro Wettkämpfer

Einschreibungen mit dem FOU System: Die Einschreibegebühr für die gesamte Saison beträgt CHF 33--.

Einschreibungen über das FIS Büro: Bis 31. Dezember CHF 33.--. Und ab 1. Januar, CHF 100.--

7.2.1 Punktebestätigung Der Preis für eine Punktebestätigung beträgt CHF 200.--.

7.3 Keine Rückerstattung Scheidet ein Wettkämpfer während der Saison aus oder erfolgt eine Falschmeldung durch den Nationalen Ski Verband, gewährt die FIS keine Rückerstattung.

7.4 FIS Punktelisten Die FIS Punkte Listen werden nur noch elektronisch zur Verfügung gestellt und können gratis von unserer ftp://ftp.fisski.ch abgeladen werden. TIP: Bitte installieren Sie auch unser FIS Listen Programm (Fislistsetup.exe), welches Sie auch auf ftp://ftp.fisski.ch finden können. Damit können Sie einfach und vielseitig mit den Punkten arbeiten.

8. Bestimmungen für Organisatoren und Technische De legierte

8.1 Elektronische Übermittlung Die Resultate müssen elektronisch und im FIS Format (E-Mail: alpineresults@fisski.ch ) übermittelt werden. Der TD hat die korrekte Übertragung der Resultate zu überwachen und darüber in seinem online Rapport Bericht zu erstatten und ebenfalls zu überprüfen ob die Resultate korrekt auf die FIS Webseite aufgeladen wurden. Ohne TD- und Zeitmessungsberichte werden keine Resultate mehr in der FIS Punkte Liste berücksichtigt.

8.1.1 Zusammensetzung des Dateinamens für die Übermittlung von Wettkampfresultaten - Nation des OK’s (drei Buchstaben gemäss FIS Bulletin) - Codex (gemäss FIS Kalender)

8.2 Antrag auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung Sollten Gründe vorliegen, den Wettbewerb für die FIS Punktebewertung nicht in Betracht zu ziehen, müssen diese im "Bericht des Technischen Delegierten" aufgeführt sein. Muss ein Wettbewerb abgesagt werden, nachdem eine grosse Zahl von Wettkämpfern das Ziel erreicht hat, so erstellt der Technische Delegierte einen Bericht mit Empfehlung auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung.

9. Zulassungsquoten

9.1 Quotenberechnung

9.1.1 1. FIS Punkteliste Für jeden nationalen Verband wird die Zulassungsquote zu den FIS Wettbewerben durch die FIS Punkte jener Wettkämpfer geregelt, die in einer der fünf Disziplinen (DH, SL, GS, SG, AC) der 1. FIS Punkteliste der Saison aufgeführt sind. Für jeden nationalen Verband wird die für seine Wettkämpfer günstigste Disziplin berücksichtigt.

9.1.2 Aus top 150(gemäss Art. 9.6.) der FIS Punkteliste 1 - 6 Wettkämpfer 6 Plätze 7 Wettkämpfer 7 Plätze 8 Wettkämpfer 8 Plätze 9 Wettkämpfer 9 Plätze 10oder mehr Wettkämpfer 10 Plätze

9.1.3 Aus top 150 keine, jedoch aus 151-300 der FIS Punkteliste 0 - 1 Wettkämpfer 4 Plätze 2 und mehr Wettkämpfer 5 Plätze

9.1.4 Geltungsdauer Diese Zulassungsquoten gelten für den Bewertungszeitraum der FIS Punktelisten

9.1.5 Grundquote des organisierenden Verbandes Die Grundquote des organisierenden Nationalen Verbandes beträgt in jedem Fall 50 mit Auffüllmöglichkeiten bis zu max. 140 Wettkämpfern. Werden auf Grund der erlaubten Nationalen Quoten und der Basisquoten der organisierenden Nationen mehr als 140 Wettkämpfer erreicht, ist dies zulässig. Wird die Zahl von 140 Wettkämpfern nicht erreicht, kann der organisierende Nationale Skiverband das Maximum von 140 Wettkämpfern mit eigenen Athleten ausschöpfen.

9.1.5.1 Ausnahme Die Grundquote für die nachfolgenden organisierenden Nationalen Ski Verbände beträgt in jedem Fall 70 für SL und GS, und 90 für DH, SG und AC: AUT, CAN, FRA, GER, ITA, NOR, SLO, SWE, SUI, USA, RUS.

9.1.6 Ländergruppen - Für CAN-USA / DAN-FIN-ISL-NOR-SWE / FRA(Pyrenees)-SPA-AND / ARG-

BOL-BRA-CHI / AUS-FIJ-NZL / CHN- JPN-KOR-MGL -IND-PAK / LIB-ROU-RSA-CYP-LUX-POR-AND-SRB-MON-RSM-IRE beträgt die Quote im Maximum je 30 bei Durchführung der Wettkämpfe in einem der Länder dieser Ländergruppen.

- Für die Gruppe ARM-BIH-BUL-CRO-CZE-GRE-KAZ-MNE-SRB-MKD-POL-RUS-SLO-SVK-TUR-IRA-UZB-UKR beträgt die Quote im jeweilig angrenzenden Land des OK 30.

- Für die folgenden Länder: BIH-BUL-SLO-SRB doppelte Quote für jede Nation für Wettkämpfe welche in einem Land dieser Ländergruppe organisiert werden, falls das Rennen nicht mit einem Maximum von 140 Wettkämpfern auf dem Board aufgefüllt ist.

- Für Wettbewerbe in LIE erhalten die Grenzländer AUT/SUI eine Quote von 30.

- Das organisierende Land hat immer die Quote gemäss Art. 9.1.5.

9.2 Quotenregelung für Damenrennen Eine Quotenregelung für Damenrennen wird angewendet, wenn mehr als 140 Wettkämpferinnen angemeldet sind.

9.3 Cups Die Zulassungsquoten für die verschiedenen Cups werden durch die entsprechenden speziellen Regeln festgelegt.

9.4 Doppelte Quoten für Gastgebernationen Sofern beide beteiligten Nationen einverstanden sind, darf die Nation des Landes, in dem die Rennen stattfinden, ihre Quote verdoppeln. Höhere Quoten als diese müssen bis zu den Herbstsitzungen beantragt werden (Südliche Hemisphäre: Bis zu den Frühjahrssitzungen).

9.5 Doppelte FIS Quoten für die Rennen in der südli chen Hemisphäre In der südlichen Hemisphäre gelten doppelte Nationenquoten. Die Organisatoren dürfen jedoch bei zu hohen Anmeldungen die Quoten bis zur normalen FIS Quote kürzen. Das gleiche Recht gilt auch für Länder der südlichen Hemisphäre, wenn sie eine doppelte Quote in der nördlichen Hemisphäre wünschen. Die Absprachen haben immer über die entsprechenden nationalen Verbände in Verbindung mit den Organisatoren zu laufen und gelten nur für genau bezeichnete Veranstaltungen. Eine Kopie solcher Vereinbarung muss dem Technischen Delegierter vorgezeigt und der FIS zugesandt werden.

9.6 Nicht mehr aktive Wettkämpfer Nach einem Jahr ohne Resultate werden die Punkte speziell gekennzeichnet (Art. 5.2). Wettkämpfer, welche länger als ein Jahr keine Resultate mehr haben, werden nicht mehr bei der Berechnung der Quoten berücksichtigt, sind jedoch aufgrund ihrer FIS Punkte nach wie vor startberechtigt.

9.7 Internationale Beteiligung an nationalen Meiste rschaften

9.7.1 Bedingungen Nationale Meisterschaften werden nur dann als "Internationale Rennen" anerkannt und mit FIS Punkten bewertet, wenn alle Bedingungen für FIS Wettbewerbe eingehalten werden. Die Einschreibungen von fremden Skiverbänden müssen nach den gültigen FIS Quoten angenommen werden. Der organisierende Nationale Verband ist verpflichtet, bis zu 25 Ausländer zum Start zuzulassen. Es steht ihnen jedoch frei, unter der Berücksichtigung der entsprechenden Quoten mehr Ausländer starten zu lassen.

9.7.2 Dienstweg Nationale Verbände, die ihre Wettkämpfer an den nationalen Meisterschaften eines anderen Verbandes starten lassen wollen, verhandeln spätestens bis eine Woche vor Beginn der Wettbewerbe/Trainings direkt mit dem betreffenden Verband. Die FIS kann bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten schlichtend eingreifen.

9.8 Teilnahme an den Wettkämpfen der FIS

9.8.1 Die Quoten der Nationalen Skiverbände für die Teilnahme an den im FIS Kalender ausgeschriebenen Wettkämpfen werden wie folgt festgelegt:

9.8.1.1 Olympische Winterspiele und FIS Ski Weltmeisterschaften Gemäss den Bestimmungen des Internationalen Olympischen Komitees und den Bestimmungen für die Durchführung von FIS Skiweltmeisterschaften.

9.8.1.2 FIS Weltcup, FIS Kontinentalcups und Internationale FIS Rennen: Gemäss den entsprechenden Reglementen.

9.8.1.3 Sonderquoten Für bestimmte Länder und Regionen können vom FIS Vorstand Sonderquoten bewilligt werden. Die Nationalen Skiverbände müssen entsprechende Gesuche bis mindestens zwei Wochen vor der Herbstsitzungen an die FIS senden. Termin für die Südliche Hemisphäre: zwei Wochen vor der Frühjahrssitzungen.

9.8.2 Für alle alpinen Wettkämpfe darf normalerweise die Zahl der Wettkämpfer 140 nicht übersteigen. Wenn jedoch nach Ausschöpfung der den Nationalen Skiverbänden zugebilligten Quoten und der Ausnützung der Grundquote für den organisierenden Verband eine grössere Teilnehmerzahl als 140 erreicht wird, ist dies zulässig. Wenn die Teilnehmerzahl von 140 nicht erreicht ist, darf der organisierende Verband bis zum Maximum von 140 Teilnehmern auffüllen.

9.9 Überquote Jeder Nationale Ski Verband hat das Recht, mit der maximalen Anzahl

Wettkämpfer zu starten gemäss ihren Quoten. Für Damen-Bewerbe siehe Art. 9.2.

9.9.1 Die Quoten müssen bei der Mannschaftsführer-Sitzung vor der Auslosung, durch den TD, den Rennsekretär und den zuständigen Team Capitains kontrolliert werden

9.9.2 Ist ein Wettkämpfer eingeschrieben und auch tatsächlich gestartet und die Nationale Quote wurde somit überschritten, wird er für die Berechnung des Endresultates oder für die Penalty-Berechnung nicht berücksichtigt, wenn dieser Regelverstoss vor der offiziellen Veröffentlichung der Resultate entdeckt wird. Er wird auf der Resultatliste als DSQ (Überquote) aufgeführt. Falls dieser Regelverstoss erst nach der Einreichung der Veröffentlichung der Resultate bemerkt wird, wird das Resultat im FIS Büro neu berechnet nachdem alle Wettkämpfer als DSQ (Überquota) erscheinen, entfernt worden sind. Dieses Verfahren wird im FIS Büro gehandhabt und vom Classifications Komitee bei der nächsten Sitzung bestätigt.

Règlement des points FIS - Edition 2015 Ces Règlements sont partie intégrale du RIS.

1. La compétition

1.1 Conditions préalables Pour l'attribution des points FIS, seules les compétitions remplissant les conditions suivantes sont validées: - La compétition doit figurer au calendrier FIS - Les règlements des concours internationaux de ski (RIS) doivent être respectés - La compétition doit avoir lieu durant les périodes d'évaluation

mentionnées à l'art. 3.

1.2 Changements de dates, reports et annulations Les changements de dates, annulations de compétitions, de même que des changements importants du programme doivent être communiqués sans délai à la FIS - CH-3653 Oberhofen/Thunersee Tél. +41 (33) 244 61 63, E-mail: luessy@fisski.ch - aux associations nationales de ski et - au Délégué Technique (DT) désigné. Ces changements doivent être portés à la connaissance de ces instances au minimum quatre (4) jours avant la première Séances des Chefs d'Équipes!

1.2.1 Changement de catégorie Si une Fédération Nationale désire modifier la catégorie d’une compétition déjà inscrite au calendrier FIS, (ou ajouter un nouvel évènement), elle doit prévenir le bureau de la FIS au minimum 10 jours avant le premier comité de course.

1.3 Descente en deux manches Les descentes en deux manches doivent figurer comme telles au calendrier FIS. Elles ne sont autorisées que dans le cadre de compétitions internationales FIS et à condition que la dénivellation soit conforme à l'article 701.1 du RIS. Exceptionnellement (conditions atmosphériques et d'enneigement), et en cas de risque d'annulation, des descentes peuvent se dérouler en deux manches sur décision du jury.

1.4 Compétitions pour U21 Les Seniors n'ont pas le droit de participer aux compétitions U21 inscrites au calendrier FIS (NJR ou JUN). Exception: Championnats nationaux juniors.

1.5 Championnats nationaux Par saison, chaque fédération nationale a la possibilité d’organiser un championnat national. Cependant, il n’est autorisé d’organiser qu’une course par discipline Dames et Messieurs dans la catégorie NC et NJC.

1.6 Compétitions nationales Juniors (NJR) Par saison, chaque Association Nationale de Ski dispose d’un quota fixe pour participer aux compétitions nationales juniors, en fonction du calcul établi sur la base du quota FIS (compris Groupes des nations art 9.1.6), comme suit:

2. Les concurrents

2.1 Inscription L’enregistrement des nouveaux concurrents se fait par le biais du FOU System en utilisant le site web de la FIS par la "Members Section", http:///www.fis-ski.com/. Cela concerne le changement du statut "actif" en statut "inactif" pour tous les concurrents qui sont retirés des listes FIS. Les concurrents avec le statut "actif" seront considérés comme inscrit pour la saison à venir. Les concurrents avec le statut de blessé doivent être inscrits comme «actif» pour conserver la protection de blessé. Les compétiteurs âgés de 16 ans révolus avant la fin de l’année civile (Art. 607 du RIS) seront pris en compte. Seuls les concurrents ayant signé la déclaration d’athlète selon l’art. 203.3 du RIS pourront être inscrits. Les associations nationales sont en charge
