Every time we gather for a conference, I believe we get together for a reason bigger than ourselves; our network becomes stronger towards our Ambition.But this conference is no similar to any other, RPM, Regional Presi-dents Meeting is the opportunity where the Leadership Body of two countries join together to represent and design the leadership we want to see in our networks.Maybe you see this conference as the beggining of the end of an era, maybe you see it as the start point of this new chapter; I prefer to see it in a di�erent way, in a way that for a reason, the best talent that the network has is together and has the opportunity to create our own future. An opportunity to put together all our dreams in strategy, to succeed and shape the path for our near and midterm promise.LEADERSHIP is our way. Let's embrace this leadership choice by bringing the best of ourselves and creating a conference of a lifetime.The time is NOW; whenever you have a bold goal, I have learnt in my AIESEC years, it is never the right time, WE make it the right time in order to ahieve it. Analizando la realidad de los presidentes concluimos que son quienes más comprometidos están con la organización. Pero eso trae como consecuencia, mayor responsabilidad, autoexigencia y sentido de pertenencia. Los presidentes son quienes más aprenden de la experiencia, y quienes ob-tienen mayores cosas de AIESEC, pero a la vez, son los pilares que sostienen a cada comité, y eso

los convierte en los más vulnerables. RPM es un congreso para presidentes en los que se los prepara, contiene, informa y motiva. La tarea del congreso es dar una inyección de energía para que la labor del presidente sea la mejor. Es responsabilidad del OC cuidar de los presidentes y darles la más empoderadora experiencia del

año. Los presidentes se encuentran en un espacio en común, hacen catarsis y se apoyan mutuamente. El OC debe cuidar la salud mental de los mismos, ofreciendo soluciones a sus problemas con las

diferentes charlas y ejercicios.El OC pretende dar el alta a los presidentes con un diagnóstico optimista, lleno de motivación, y

con la receta de un plan de acción que eleve los resultados de cada comité.Argentina, Chile y Uruguay se encuentran por última vez para llevar la región más allá de lo que ha ido antes, y sólo la fuerza de los miembros lo puede lograr. ¿Qué tan lejos pensás llevar tu comité?
