World Cup mania is sweeping the country.

Our sweepstake is a fun and easy way for you to join in with the spirit.

Get your friends, family and colleagues involved by offering them a chance to win £20, and make a few pounds to support our work fighting RP.

HOW TO PLAY

Below you will find all 32 teams competing for the football World Cup 2014. Cut out all the teams and place them in a container.

Participants pay £2 and draw a team at random. Enter their names on the form overleaf. In total you will collect £64.

Take a copy of this form and send it to RP Fighting Blindness with a cheque for £34, keep £30 as your prize fund.

At the end of the tournament, the person who picked out the World Cup Champions receives £20, and the person who picked the runner up receives £10.
