Gator Cases is a drug free and tobacco free environment. JOB DESCRIPTION Gator Cases is currently seeking a Rotational Molding Operator for its Columbia City facility. The ideal person for this role will work as a team to set up and operate a rotational molding machine in order to shape plastics. The operator adjusts the machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. The ideal person will have knowledge or can learn and understand commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures, and follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned) To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Take direction from Operations Manager to produce product, meeting quality and productivity standards. Prepare rotational molding equipment for daily operation Mount molds on machine carousel with weights reaching 75lbs Restock molds after setup change Clean and prepare molds, load molds with PE resign, and process cycle Strip parts from molds and stock in proper location Maintain a safe and clean working environment Accurately process paperwork, perform preventative maintenance Ensure completion of secondary tasks (drill orbus, cut liner buckets, blend PE and die, prep vent tubes)

  REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year machine operation experience • Ability to lift and/or move 75lbs – 100lbs routinely • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
