I have great pleasure to present the ROSTER 2013.

This year the ROSTER is being released in time i.e. January due to the timely data sent by all the Presidents of BVI clubs. I appreciate the efforts taken by them which has made this possible.

I am also happy to see the excellent projects taken up by all the clubs during the year gone by and expect them to continue doing so.

I extend heartfelt thanks to Sri.Anilji Dhawale, BVI President 2012 who has been a great support and inspiration to us in all our endeavors and also to Mrs Anjali Mokashi and Sri Deepak Kakade, Charter President, BVI Bellary for their kind support.

One year ends and another begins!The New Year provides opportunities for change. It signifies another twelve months of possibilities.Friends, Getting to the sky are an endless journey but Bhavsar Vision India has made an attempt reaching it. Being a founder of this organization “I breathe lifestyle called Bhavsar Vision and dreams to take B.V.I.

thto a position where everyone looks up to it with pride”.The seed of B.V.I. was sowed on 26 January 2001, when first B.V.I.club was inaugurated at Hubli by me with 60 members. It has crepe up and up, has now become a big banyan tree with 50 clubs in India.It has become a collective strength, energy, will power, dedication to share and implement the object, principles and the spirit of vision with others. It is not the sheer organization of Bhavsars but reckoning force to change the Bhavsar Samaj a better prospers samaj.I appeal all the members to ensure growth of the clubs; club service plays a very important role. Club service helps to strengthen a club internally, thereby providing a strong foundation and a spring board for all activities. The best way to improve our efforts in the following important areas:

Every club requires greater number of the right type of members. We require prospective members with a sense of social awareness and the desire to serve, a willingness to spare the time and make the efforts to serve effectively, and an ability to get along freely with the other members without inhibition. Such persons are available in our samaj and we must find them but often we choose our members at random without making sure that they possess the desired qualifications for vision membership.

These three areas are closely interconnected. Attendance improves with good programs and the right the right fellowship atmosphere and improved attendance leads to better participation in club activities. Good programs need careful advance planning to avoid boring our members. There should also be greater variety speakers, if available, should be good and if at times such a speaker is not available, some other programs with greater number of participation should be arranged. Too often programs are arranged at the last minute, making our meet monotonous. This must be avoided.

: No member of a club can function effectively if he/she does not know much about the organization to which he/she belongs. Vision information is an ongoing process, starting with pre-induction information to new members and continuing thereafter for all members. Information can be conveyed within the club by short features at every meeting or through the bulletin. The object should be to make all the members better informed and aware of vision- what it is, what it is doing and how it is doing it, within our club and B.V.I. The club bulletin is a useful and much needed publication. Its frequency may vary depending on club resources but a bulletin should always regular, readable and relevant.

This is much misunderstood and more often regarded as publicity through media handouts. While publicity about our activities is always welcome, Public relations does not end there. The main purpose of public relations is to project a better image of B.V.I.as a whole, what it is and what it doing, in our club and elsewhere. To sum up, club service is the aggregate of all those activities that strengthen our clubs ensures their growth involve all their members and enthuses the entire club to greater effort. Any club ignoring or neglecting club service will always be a weak link in an otherwise strong chain of service. I am overwhelmed with joy to see the way our National President Samaj Bhushan Sri Anil Dhawale, National President for 2013 Samaj Bhushan Sri Manoj Phutane are functioning for the success

much so, a leader of a Vibrant Organization like Bhavsar Vision India is one, who is not only the

First Among Equals but also the one to ensure to materialize what is visualized by the Members

of the Organization.

The Ultimate Vision of the Organization is to establish a Vibrant, Patriotic and Nationalist

Society without any inhibitive borders of Region, Language and Geography. Our Members

should be the Leader and Opinion Makers of the society, where in we should be the Trend

Setting Leaders in Industry, Education, Health Care, Trade, Business, Politics and Governance.

To achieve this Ultimate Vision, we have to switch over to “MISSION MODE” to ensure speed

and spread.

Most of us would have known, how Mr. Sam Pitroda was brought in by our Late Prime Minister

Mr. Rajiv Gandhi to introduce the new technologies in various sectors. Mr. Sam Pitroda after

initial studies of the Government's way of functioning introduced “MISSION MODE” approach to

implement New Technologies in Telecommunication and other sectors. The Greatest success of

Mr. Sam Pitroda has been his ability to break ice with Politicians and Bureaucrats and succeed

exceedingly in his Mission. In the shortest period of two decades, he has brought in Revolution in

Communication, Computerizations, Information Technology and E-Governance.

If Mr. Sam Pitroda could succeed amongst the conservative and tradition bound politicians and

bureaucrats, why not we!, who are in a common platform of Bhavsar Vision India, with common

objective of Touching Peak of success. The intrinsic value of Sagacity, Capacity, Ability, Integrity

and Ingenuity of our members have no parallel. The year 2013 should be the year in which, we

drive all our energies and talents with single minded focus, concentration, dedication and

determination to take Bhavsar Vision India to Greater Heights.

My Bhavsar Vision Families/Clubs

It has been a great honour to serve as the National President of Bhavsar Vision India. I am forever indebted to all the BVI clubs for sharing my responsibilities and achieving progress in a smooth manner.

It gives me immense pleasure to inform all of you that BVI clubs have grown to 48 all over India. BVI clubs across India have taken up outstanding service and community projects viz. Health Camps, Chader distribution, Scholarships for education, Balsanskar, Eye Camps, Picnics, Vadhu Var Melas, Kidney Dialysis Camp, Blood Donation, Food for Cancer Patients, Hinglaj Mata Jayanti, Personality Development Programs , Youth Empowerment and Vocational Training Programs.

I must thank Hon.Narayanrao B Tatuskarji for giving me this unique opportunity to serve our Bhavsars. My sincere thanks to Sri.Manojkumar Phutane for his wonderful support as President Elect 2012. My duties of the President have been well supported by Mrs.Anjali Mokashi and I extend my hearty thanks to her also.

I thank all the Governors/Dy.Governors/Presidents and their teams for executing their role completely. I thank the Presidents who arranged Best Projects and sent the reports timely at Head Office.I also thank all the NEC members for their expert guidance and support in all the activities of BVI throughout the year.

Our newspaper 'Tarun Bhavsar' has played an important role for faster growth and greater reach of BVI clubs. I take this opportunity to sincerely thank Chief Editor Sri.Srinivas Devale.

I am also very happy to bring out a colorful Roster for 2012. I thank the Roster committee for doing a great job and wish them to continue their excellent work.

I Wish All the Best To My Friend Manojkumar Phutane and all New Governors/Deputy Governors/Presidents and their teams for the year 2013 and heartily wish that under the guidance of Manojji, May this tree of BVI grow more and more and our club number reach 75 in this year. ndShri. Anil Dattatraya Dhawale was born in a modest family on 2 May 1965 at Kasabkheda (Dist. Aurangabd). On completion of his Bachelorette, he joined Sapana mats as operator & then His acute sense of business, integrity, and hard work were the primary reasons to make him grow to set up his own units within a short tenure.

In 1998, Shri. Dhawale started a small restaurant at Aurangabad and due to his humble beginning in the hospitality business has grown into a business icon that is Madhuban Restaurant, developing a 52 rooms hotel in Aurangabad jointly with World's Largest Chain of Hotels, Best Western International, USA.

Shri. Dhawale's Management Mantra has been, “What counts is not the number of hours you put in, but how much you put in the hours”. With this mantra he motivated his team to achieve the Unimaginableinitial turnover in Government Trading sector grew from just 3 Lacs in 2002 to over 1,000 Crores in March 2011. Today, he is the only achiever in this field.

Shri. Dhawale, has been appointed as the Governor for BVI. in further developing the Bhavsar Vision Club by saying “I took

several years to form 10 clubs but, Anil Dhawale has formed 10 clubs in just span of 8 months!”.

Shri. Dhawale has created a scholarship of 1 Lac Rupees per annum that will assist the Education Requirement of Sharp Bhavsars in need.

Shri. Dhawale has been happily married to Swati Dhawale and has two children. His daughter Prarthi s u c c e s s f u l l y c o m p l e t e d C h a r t e r e d A c c o u n t a n t ( C A ) w h i l s t h i s s o n P a r t his focused on becoming an Engineer.

Despite his success, it is Shri. Dhawale's wish that he becomes a close associate and friend to every Human being and that no one should be shy of approaching him for whatever reasons.

His hardwork, dedication have made his virtual pathway a reality in Bhavsar Vision India which can be summarised as follows-

Shiv Kumar Mahendraker born in Hyderabad on 3rd June 1954 to Shri. Nagoji Rao & Smt. Lakshmi Bai. He completed B.Tech (ECE) fromJawaharlal Nehru Technological University in the year 1976 with Distinction. Immediately after his B.tech he rendered his services in same Engineering College for 2 years in the capacity of Junior Lecturer. To further progress in life he then took an opportunity with Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd (BHEL) in the year 1979 and raised his career path from an Engineer to Sr. Deputy General Manager At BHEL he worked in various departments and has won many awards like – The BEST PRODUCTIVITY award @ Purchase Dept for Indigenization of various engineering items.He is the FIRST Chairman in India for COE -Patancheru for the year 2003 and Chairman for Latur I.T.I. which is adopted by BHEL. Talking about his services to our Bhavsar Samaj he recently carried out the ABBKM elections -2012 as The Chief Election Offer fulfilling this duties efficiently. He is the Governor for Area 103 at Bhavsar Vision India. He was the President of Bhavsar Vision India (Hyderabad) for the year 2011, during his tenure he successfully completed many projects/programs and won 7 awards including BEST PRESIDENT award. He is also past Sr. Vice President of A.P.B.K Graduate Association. He is happily married to Smt.
