MAIN SPECIFICATIONS
The external coils are made of aluminium fin with are
hydromechanically overlayed on the copper tube. The external coil is tested
against leakage under 150 Psig and against pressure under 450 Psig.
According to the unit size, the base is at 10-20 cm height, made of electrostatic painted galvanized steel.
R-410a environment friendly refrigerant is used.
Axial type, silent and high e�iciency fans are used as standard, while EC type fans and fans with speed control are applied on demand.
Silent and high e�icient scroll type compressors are used. On models with multiple compressors, asymmetric compressor application is available. In asymmetric compressor application, multiple compressors at di�erent capacities are connected as tandem type which results in e�iciency increase under partial loads and obtains stepped capacity control.

Condenser fan
The unit is controlled by an advanced microprocessor that provides full automatic operation and daily or weekly programmability. With remote control and controller, the unit can be connected to a building automation system. All the connection cables are
colored, cable inputs and outpouts are IP65 standard plastic and leakproof. There is an on/o� swith on both
the remote controller and the control panel. The set parameters can be observed and adjusted with the
wired remote controller panel.

inclined drainage outlet.
Operating integrated with the economizer, the CO2 sensor keeps the
indoor air quality at maximum.
Radial type, statically and dynamically balanced, silent and high e�icient fans are used standard, while variable speed
plug, AC or EC type fans are applied on demand.

High e�icient G4 filter and dirty filter alarm is standard, while three step
filtration can be applied on demand by adding F7 and F9 filters.
Made of aluminium and has an appropriate profile for 100% outdoor air, the fresh air, mixture and
exhaust dampers are leakproof. Dampers are working full automatic with servo motors and
microprocessor controls and automatically adjust the amount of outdoor air by making free cooling
according to outside temperature. The dampers are turned o� with spring return at electric cuts and at
the turned o� position.
The body of İmbat’s units are insulated with a dual skin panel of 70kg/m3 density stonewool between two galvanized electrostatically painted plate sheets. Easy opening service and maintenance doors as well as handling holes for easy li�ing is already on. Unit joints are assembled together with stainless steel rivet with fittings durable against corrosion and outdoor conditions within a leakproof structure.

Thermal or Enthalpic Free Cooling (Economizer)
It is standard in all models with a dual (supply and return fans) fan. On the condition that the outside temperature and the relative humidity rate is suitable, the unit creates climatization by using 100% fresh air without using cooling circuit, therefore saving energy.
Indoor Air Quality
Indoor air quality is preserved by high e�iciency filters, filter alarm and CO2 indoor air quality sensor. Controlling the pollution rate of the return air, the CO2 indoor air quality sensor works integrated with the economizer and saves energy by aspirating fresh air at deficient amount. With the automated, full automatic return, fresh air and exhaust dampers, the return air is mixed with fresh air and a quality air mixture is obtained. While some amount of the air to be refreshed is used in mixture, some amount of return air is exhausted out by the exhaust damper.
Gas Fired Heating
With the roo�op air conditioners with gas burner, independent heating is possible without the necessity of any connection to a central system, even in the coolest climates. Maximum e�iciency is obtained with the burner capable of working 17-55 mbar range and aluminated steel pipe heat exchanger.

WHAT MAKES İMBAT DIFFERENT
On our units with mixed air, heat recovery is provided by transmitting all the exhaust air over the condenser. Since there is a lower temperature air flow then the actual air temperature passed through the condenser, the condensation occurs at lower temperatures, the e�iciency of compressors increase and up to %30 energy is saved.
THERMODYNAMIC HEAT RECOVERY
The body of our units is insulated with a dual skin panel of 70kg/m3 density stonewool between two galvanized and electrostatically painted plate sheets. This type of body structure o�ers better insulation and fire resistance.
DUAL SKIN INSULATED PANEL BODY
It is the technology of using multiple compressors at di�erent capacities in a single cooling circuit. In cooling systems, the condensation temperature rate of refrigerant which alters according to the outside air temperature e�ects the e�iciency of the system. Likewise, the increase on the evaporation temperature increases the e�iciency of compressor.
Since multiple compressors at di�erent capacities are conntected to a single evapo-rator and condenser circuit, under partial load, condensation temperature is perfor-med at low temperatures and evaporation is performed at high temperatures. In this system, three steps capacity control and up to 35% e�iciency increase under partial load is obtained. Multiple compressor systems tend to have a longer life span and energy saving features due to it’s steps capacity control abilities.
In only a very small amount of time the units operate at maximum capacity. Thus, asymmetric cooling application is vital for energy e�iciency.

In single fan roo�op air conditioners, the return air or fresh air is at first filtered to eliminate dust and particules. Then this
air is passed through the cooler/heater direct expansion exchanger and supply inside the area by high e�icient fans already conditioned according to the desgin parameters .
Enthalpic or thermal free cooling (termal or enthalpy economizer) is standard in all our dual (return and supply fans) fan models. On condition that the outside temperature and relative humidity are
suitable, our units make climitisation by using 100% fresh air without making cooling, thus saving energy.
