The Median Sales Price in December was $258,750, down -12.9% from $297,000 in December of 2011 and down -4.2% from $270,000 lamonth. The Average Sales Price in December was $252,936, down -14.9% from $297,164 in December of 2011 and down -8.7% from

277,166 last month. December 2012 ASP was at the lowest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010.
