Roller Shade Installation Instructions Please read the following installaon and operang instrucons carefully. We are unable to accept responsibility for products that have not been installed or operated correctly. For this installaon will need a pencil, drill, screwdriver, pliers, and appropriate fasteners. Wooden screws are included. Alternave fasteners should be used for aluminum or concrete installaons (Not Included with Blinds) • For wallboard or plaster: Use the provided hollow wall anchors for added support. For concrete, stone, brick or le: Use an appropriate drill and appropriate anchors before fastening the screws. • For metal surfaces: Pre-drill holes and use and appropriate anchors before fastening the screws. Step 1 . Choose The Correct Fasteners For Installation • Push the spring plunger (side opposite of the chain) into it the bracket. • Push the shade into the bracket, depressing the plunger. • With the clutch hook poinng downward, place the hook into the vercal part of the “+” shaped hold in the bracket. • Slightly pull down on the shade so that the clutch hook locks into place in the bracket. Step 4. Placing The Blind Mark the posion of the first bracket, drill holes on the marks and fix the brackets in place. Repeat the process with the second bracket on the opposite side. Step 3. Fixing The Brackets • Make sure that the posion of the brackets is such that the roller blind does not come into contact with protruding parts, such as window or door handles, window sills etc. • Installaon brackets must be level to ensure that the fabric will roll up properly, allowing for smooth operaon. The brackets are universal so they can be used for: wall mounng, ceiling mounng ( also suitable for inclined ceilings ) or fixing to the side, in the recess of the windows. Posion the installaon brackets at each end of the roller shade. In the diagram to the leſt, bracket posions are illustrated for a shade with a chain control on the right hand side. For a shade with a chain control on the leſt hand side, the brackets should be at the opposite end. Step 2: Mark the Bracket Locations

To avoid creating a possible strangulation hazard for children a safety clip must be installed.Screw the safety tension clip into the wall or window frame with a screw.

Critical Note: The safety clip should be installed so that the bead chain and bead stop balls move smoothly through the opening of the clip. Removal of this device or failure to properly install it, can cause damage to the clutch lifting mechanism and will result in the voidance of the product’s limited warranty.
