During the content server migration from Portal to UCM, Gia coordinated all the necessary changes with the OUGBS User Interface Group. There was a tremen-dous amount of work that had to be done very quickly and Gia made sure that the right priorities were chosen, checking every change as soon as it came in and giving feedback when necessary. What is most to be admired was her manner of communication with the group. Even when changes were not as fast as desired or communication with the group.
