2014-2016: Deputy Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International

Development (MAEDI), responsible for economic diplomacy. Forerunner for

the establishment of closer ties between AFD and CDC. Coordinator of the

“finance” agenda of COP 21. Board Member of Business France and Expertise

France.

2012-2014: Director of the Office of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Foreign

Trade, Mr. Pierre Moscovici.

2010-2012: Deputy Director for “International Financial Affairs and Development” at the

General Directorate of the Treasury (DG Treasury) and Board Member of

Agence Française de Développement (AFD). Responsible for International

Financial Institutions (IMF, OECD and development banks), Vice-Chair of the

Paris Club, follow-up of G7-G8-G20 (under the French Presidency in 2011).

2007-2010: Director for the “Transport and Audiovisual” sectors at the State Holdings

Agency (APE). Board Member of SNCF, RATP, Aéroports de Paris (ADP),

Renault, France Télévisions, Société Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France, Arte and

Grand Port Maritime du Havre.

2004-2007: Head of the Office for “Monetary and Development Cooperation with African,

Caribbean, Pacific countries – Franc Zone” at the General Directorate of the

Treasury and Board Member of PROPARCO. Responsible for following

relations with African countries and their regional Unions, Board Member of

central banks in the Franc Zone, follow-up of AFD Group (Board Member of

PROPARCO) and European Development Fund (EDF).

2002-2004: Special Advisor at the Court of Auditors, responsible for the implementation of

the LOLF finance law and controls in the energy, industry and defense sectors.

Board of Auditors of OCCAR and the UN (FAO, UNICEF, WFP). Author of

Finances publiques, Presses de Sciences Po and Dalloz.

2000-2002: Budget Advisor to the Minister of the Interior, Mr. Daniel Vaillant (finance,

real estate, ICTs, State reform, changeover to the euro).

1997-2000: Auditor at the Court of Auditors. Assigned to the second chamber (defense,

industry, energy, foreign trade, trade, craft trades, enterprises and public industrial

bodies).

General Rapporteur at the Taxation Committee (“income tax”).

Treasurer of UNIDA, association for the promotion of OHADA business law.

1995-1997: Student at ENA (Marc Bloch class). Internship in Benin and Lower Normandy

region.
