SIGNIFICANT EVENTS

• Violence in Qatif: Shia teenager killed at check point on 20 November. Several people wounded in demonstrations on 21 November. Four people killed during demonstrations. Representative of MOI says clashes in Eastern Province instigated by “Foreign elements.”

• International Atomic Energy Agency report on nuclear activity by Iran released and numerous reactions.

• New Ministry of Defense Minister, Prince Salman conducts review/staff visits of armed forces.
