Copy this flyer and give it to each of your scouts and your adult committee. Help the scouts choose badges appropriate for them. 2. Inform your scouts that they MUST read the requirements in the most current merit badge pamphlet of their choice first, and then call the Counselor. Counselors have the right to refuse admission to any scout who has not called and prepared properly. 3. Visit with & give your scouts a Blue merit badge application Card (the blue application paper form is fine). The scout must take his blue card(s) to Merit Badge Day, already filled out and signed by You (on the front only, under the Scout’s name and address). 4. Make sure your scouts are prepared for the merit badges they choose before going to Merit Badge Day. 5. Please tell your scouts to wear their CLASS A” UNIFORM on Merit Badge Day! SCOUTS: In order to have a smooth running, successful day for you, we need your help! Boy Scout Motto: BE PREPARED 1. Choose 1 merit badge in the morning & 1 badge in the afternoon. 1. Copy this flyer and give it to each of your scouts and your adult committee. Help the scouts choose badges appropriate for them.

2. Inform your scouts that they MUST read the requirements in the most current merit badge pamphlet of their choice first, and then

call the Counselor. Counselors have the right to refuse admission to any scout who has not called and prepared properly.

3. Visit with & give your scouts a Blue merit badge application Card (the blue application paper form is fine). The scout must take

his blue card(s) to Merit Badge Day, already filled out and signed by You (on the front only, under the Scout’s name and address).

4. Make sure your scouts are prepared for the merit badges they choose before going to Merit Badge Day.

5. Please tell your scouts to wear their “CLASS A” UNIFORM on Merit Badge Day!

SCOUTS: In order to have a smooth running, successful day for you, we need your help! Boy Scout Motto: BE PREPARED

1. Choose 1 merit badge in the morning & 1 badge in the afternoon. If you choose an All-Day class, you will earn only 1 badge.
