Performance way

A rapidly rotating system of permanent magnets in the head drum generates a powerful magnetic field, where non ferrous metals are being pushed out, while the inert materials freely fall down to another container. All iron is kept by the magnetic drum and downloaded in the proper container under the Eddy Current separator.

Principio di funzionamentoUno speciale rotore ad alta velocità, posto sul fronte della macchina e dotato di potenti magneti permanenti, genera un intenso campo magnetico capace di spingere i metalli non ferrosi al di fuori del flusso dei materiali inerti ed ottenere quindi la separazione richiesta. Allo stesso tempo il ferro, ancora presente nel materiale in transito, viene catturato dal rotore magnetico e scaricato al di sotto della macchina.

Performance way

Overbelt magnetic separator is placed crosswise or lengthwise above the conveyor tape at a fixed working distance. From flow-ing material iron objects are „captured“ by the magnetic power and with the sepa-rator’s tape carried away. When the iron objects leave the area of the magnetic field they automatically drop into appropriate containers.

Arbeitsweise

Der Magnet – Bandscheider wird kreuzweise oder der Länge nach über dem Transport-band in einem örtlich festgelegten Arbeits-abstand positioniert.
