Professional Experience

Schlumberger Drilling Services (M-I SWACO) April 2013 – June 2015Job title: Drilling Fluids Specialist

Date September 2014 – June 2015Rig SKD T-19Client EORC, BOKOR ProjectPosition Second Mud EngineerFluid KCl/PHPA/Glycol

Well Description

Maximum Depth : 9260 ft MD / 6615 ft TVDmax MW : 9.3 ppgmax Inclination : 63°max Bottom Hole Temperature : 140°Fwater depth : 217 ft

Lesson Learned

Blend treated old mud with new mud to minimize mixing time for total drilling fluid volume.

Control chemical concentration in active mud by streaming higher concentration mud into active system corresponding with ROP and formation character.

Screen up to API 120 (200 mesh) with 1000 gpm without overflow at shakers.

Reduced loss rate from 150 bph to 10 bph with 50 ppb LCM pill. Prepare KCl/NaCl Brine with higher initial concentration and then

dilute into programed %W KCl and MW to reduce mixing time. Reduce brine loss rate in completion job from 250 bph to 15 bph with

2.5 gal/bbl HEC Pill.

Well Description

Maximum Depth : 12248 ft MD / 6853 ft TVDmax MW : 11.8 ppgmax Inclination : 60°max Bottom Hole Temperature : 255°Fwater depth : 118 ft

Lesson Learned

Pilot test on active mud to avoid overtreatment. Inspect on cutting size, shape and hardness to check fluid efficiency. Inspect shaker screens condition to obtain maximum solid control

efficiency. Run degasser and use DEFOAMER to reduce foaming in mud.

Date July 2013 – October 2013Location Asian Supply Base (Labuan) and Kemaman Supply Base (Kemaman)Client PETRONAS and SHELLPosition Trainee Mud EngineerFluid SBM

Lesson Learned

Mud check on old SBM. Treat Oil Water Ratio and other Chemical Properties. Mix new SBM. Inspect mud tank before load out to vessel.

Others Responsibility

1. Job Preparation Review fluid program to prepare chemical order. Write mixing procedure and handling of products. Pit planning for active pits, reserve pits, high viscosity pill, LCM pill, Spacer, Kill mud and Brine. Order and maintain chemical and screens inventory onsite.

2. Drilling Run mud check to determine trend and type of contamination. Maintain fluid properties for optimal performance. Monitor solid control (shaker and centrifuge) performance. Conduct pilot test find the best chemical concentration to treat a contamination.

3. Other Operation Provide recommendation to client to optimize drilling efficiency while complying HSE policy. Cooperate with onsite geologist to adjust fluid properties correspond to formation character. Cooperate with Measurement While Drilling Engineers and Wireline Engineers to ensure

downhole tools run at optimal efficiency. Cooperate with Cementer Engineer in planning for mixing spacers/inhibited seawater, cement

job, displacement and monitor loss/gain of fluid volume during/after cement job. Cooperate with completion engineers in preparing sufficient brine volume in completion job.

4. Reporting Report to client and project engineers while onsite.
