Worked with their newly acquired Texas City Refinery (GBR) to help prepare their current SAP system (formally BP) to be converted over to the Marathon system.

software used to enhance analysis and reporting using SAP data. Also implementing the use of handheld computers that speak to both SAP and Meridium for multipurpose. Such as performing Operator Rounds. These allow the operator to perform inspections out in the field and immediately send problems or issue back thru to SAP to create Work Request, or notifications. US 06/2010 - 12/2012 Responsibilities:As the Accenture SAP-PM Solution Architect lead for the refinery Asset Management solution, I was responsible for the functional execution of the PM module installations, and associated work processes. The Whiting MMS Replacement Project installed the SAP-PM, SAP-MM and SAP-SRM modules at the BP Whiting Refinery to replace the legacy mainframe Maintenance Management System (MMS) and associated Procurement IT systems. SAP Implementation for ALON Refining – LA. US 05/2009 – 06/2009

Responsibilities: I was brought in to assist the original Implementation team across all aspects of the implementation

for the first refinery. ALON purchased a refinery from another major oil & gas company that was already using SAP for Maintenance. The decision was made to purchase SAP EAM for ALON to use in all their refinery operations. The project was to build the SAP EAM system for ALON with as similar functionality as possible from the previous owner company's system, Valero Energy Corporation.

I worked with Valero and ALON to determine and assess any differences that would arise due to Valero's custom enhancements to their SAP environment. These enhancements would not be carried forward to ALON. I worked with the site personnel at the first refinery to resolve any differences in their work management processes as a result. Most issues were resolved by demonstrating how to use standard SAP in place of the customized enhancements. For those that required special reporting to allow the business to operate as usual, I worked with the site and Vesta ABAP resources

Responsibilities: I was responsible for the implementation of SAP 4.7 PM module at Honeywell's Specialty Additives

plant in Orange, TX This included performing and documenting all the necessary configuration to setup the plant following

Honeywell's guidelines. I worked with the local maintenance group to gather data, prepare training materials, and train the

super-users in how to most effectively use the PM module for standard maintenance as well as Preventive maintenance.

SAP DuPont Performance Coatings - Wuppertal, Germany 09/2003 - 07/2004 Responsibilities:

I worked as the lead for the SAP PM / PS and IM (Investment Management) modules starting with the Initial realization phase.

I worked with the CPO (Corporate Process Owners) and BPO’s as well as other central and project team members to help align Europe's DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) PM/PS and IM processes and configuration with the DuPont SAP standards and ensure that development methodologies were followed and documented properly in the various databases.

I developed, configured and presented PM/QM prototype to allow use of QM inspections on equipment work orders generated from Preventative Maintenance Plans/ Task Lists.

I worked on both Functional and Technical Spec’s and with the off-shore developers to ensure all enhancements were working and delivered ahead of schedule.

I trained 10 super users in Wuppertal across the three modules to ensure they were ready for deployment across Europe.

December 2000 I joined the OTC application support team. This team focused on the configuration and enhancements (when needed) of SD, PM and JRS (Job Resource Scheduling) Tasks included:

Resolved configuration issues within the SAP PM and SD modules. Scheduled knowledge sharing sessions with her SD functional/configuration counterpart

hit the ground running by researching and resolving various SARTDs (problems & requests) that arose on a daily basis. In a short period of time was able to deliver high quality configuration and solutions that met the client requirements and expectations.

Also took on the responsibility of becoming the Euro Testing Lead for the entire OTC application area’s (SD, PM, JRS).

Produced comprehensive test scripts for this effort and documented the outcome in the MDM.

Responsibilities: Participated in two full project life cycles. Worked as the primary developer on a project to create a C/S version of an existing VAX based

Corrective Action Tracking system in PowerBuilder 5.0, using PowerSoft PFC with a VAX RDB database. Tasks included the following:
