2009 - 2013 MOLON MOTOR & COIL CORP. – Arlington Heights, ILCustom Motor, Coil and Build to Spec Gear Motors. This is a 30M dollar custom motor and gear motor company. I was hired to lead a team of two to three people on various projects.

Maintenance Forman / Truck Driver Responsibilities include moving machinery from former location to new 300,000

sq ft facility. Positioning of machinery and all appropriate hook ups. – electrical, air, water, gas

and venting. Building and grounds maintenance and repair. Welding & fabricating projects.

2003 – 2009 ULTRACOAT EAST – Kenosha, WIQuality Powder Paint Coating Company. This is a start-up company that I had a vested interest in. We started this company worth over $1M, for an investment of just over 400K. Attracted upper end customers – Harley Davidson, General Motors/Lear, Caterpillar – resulting in over $1.2M in sales.

General Manager / Sales Manager Responsible for all aspects of corporation leadership including Operations. Sales,

Business Development, Engineering, Program Management and Finance. Established disciplined approach to new business development and managed

sales, advertising and acquisition of new customers. Streamlined operations as needed-based on strategic plans and business

conditions resulting in lower costs and higher margins. Introduced operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing,

strategic procurement and pricing. Responsible for design, fabrication & welding of custom line racking.

1997 – 2003 FINISH FIRST POWDER COATING, INC. – Rockford, IL Industrial Powder Paint Coating and Autophoretic Paint Coating Company. I started this company worth approximately $2M from scratch with an investment of $500K. Attracted companies as General Motors, Sundstrand, John Deere, and Caterpillar.

President / Owner Created a strategic operating plan to present to government, venture capitalist

and traditional lenders to finance the powder coating business venture. Acquired, designed, fabricated and installed equipment for a 33K sq. ft. operation

that included a state-of-the-art 800’ long conveyorized powder coating system, and a computer-controlled transfer conveyed autorphoretic line. (All tanks custom fabricated and welded myself.)

Created related set-up work process flow charts and diagrams. Grew start-up into a going concern employing 16 people and achieving $1M in

gross sales. Oversaw the finance function with complete responsibility for bookkeeping and

reporting. Recruited and developed high potential employees at all levels to improve overall

operational efficiency and effectiveness. Maintained continuous dialogue with customers to optimize capacity use and

identify key cost-drivers in product offerings.
