REPUCOM ENGAGE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS Conditions of Entry 1. Information about how to enter and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into Competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2. The competition starts on Monday 8 th April 2014 and ends on Friday 18 th April 2014 Australian time 23:59:00 AEST. 3. The winner will be determined on Monday 21st April 12:00 AET and notified the same day. 4. Entry is only open to Australian/New Zealand residents other than employees (and their immediate families) of Repucom, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this competition. 5. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the competition period: Receive an invitation from Repucom to participate in the Repucom Complete the qualifying survey available on your invitation, ensuring that they opt in to the competition and participate as directed below and in the survey, and submit the completed survey; Eligible Entry 6. One eligible entry per eligible entrant will be accepted. Entrants are required to describe what else you would like to see during The NSW Food and Wine Festival in future (i.e. new events, specific guest food personalities or chefs, more activities to be involved in)? 7. Entries must be 25 words or fewer. Any entries received that are over 25 words will not be considered. Prizes 8. Repucom will judge all eligible entries received and choose four winners. 9. The prizes are: 1 x signed copy of A Work in Progress by Noma’s Rene Redzepi 1 x copy of First Vintage - Wine in colonial New South Wales 1 x Good Guides pack including current Good Food Guides, Good Pub Guide, Good Food Under $30 Guide and Good Café Guide 6 x bottles of Logan Vintage M Cuvee 2010 https://www.loganwines.com.au/flash_content.html 10. Repucom will deliver the prize to the winners via post. It is the responsibility of the winner to advise Repucom of his or her correct delivery address details. 11. The winner will be notified in writing after the competition ends. 12. Should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Repucom reserves the right to choose another winner.

10. Repucom will deliver the prize to the winners via post. It is the responsibility of the winner to advise Repucom of his or her correct delivery address details.

11. The winner will be notified in writing after the competition ends. 12. Should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Repucom reserves the right to

choose another winner.

13. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be chosen by the winner. Repucom retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable).

Other terms

14. Repucom’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.

15. Repucom reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

16. Repucom and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entry or prize.

17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, Repucom reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the competition including the prizes, dates and these Conditions of Entry.

18. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

19. Repucom will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20. In the event of an act or omission, event or circumstance, which is beyond the reasonable control of Repucom and prevents Repucom from complying with these Conditions of Entry, Repucom will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and Repucom reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

21. Repucom collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, including notifying the winner. Repucom may disclose the information provided by entrants to third parties involved in the administration of the competition, the conduct of the draw and notification of winners. If an entrant does not provide us with the requested personal information, the entrant cannot participate in the competition. The entrant agrees that Repucom can continue to contact them even after this competition ends. If the entrant would like to access or correct the personal information that Repucom holds about the entrant, the entrant can do so using the ‘Update User Info’ tab on the members page at www.engage.repucom.net, or by emailing Technical Support via the same site.
