1 A) DEPLOYMENT, RUNNING AND MAINTENANCE OF

VEHICLES: 1. The vehicles shall be strictly

maintained as per manufacturer’s guidelines.

Bidder shall provide the manufacturer service

schedule for all make of vehicles to be supplied

under the contract

Since the Operation is of 30 days .vehicle

required one day off for maintenance any

day with approval of site incharge 

Our operations are 24x7, replacement is

required during maintenance of the

vehicle.

2 The vehicles shall be procured, serviced and

repaired only from authorized dealers of the

manufacturer. IGL shall be at liberty to check the

same at any point during the currency of the

contract. In such cases, bidder shall have to provide

the necessary documents / bills establishing the

same.

Vendor is having more than 200 vehicle

and workshop with mechanic & garage.

Kindly allow to maintenance of the vehicle

in vendors own workshop.

Maintenance of vehicle of bidder owned

work shops in addition to authortized

dealer of the manufacturer is acceptable.

Own requirement is for 24 x 7

uninterupted operation.

3  D) OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

Excess kilometre charges shall be paid by IGL after

averaging the kilometre run to all the similar

vehicles of a category in a quarter. The bidder shall

quote separate rates for excess mileage as per SOR.

Average quarterly kms should be project

wise /site wise (Not the entire fleet  for the

the said contract).

4 F) VARIATION IN RATES DUE TO FUEL

PRICES:                                                                             

                   Definition of Base Rate 1st Year

base rate - Rate applicable on the day of issue of

FOI

Base rate should be on the day of bid

submission all the cost was taken on the

basis of that current fuel rate only. Any

escalation during bid evaluation & final

award is nett loss to vendor.

5 Vehicle required :TAXI Maruti Ertiga CNG AC 5

SEATER

Maruti Suzuki Ltd discontinued the CNG

version of Ertiga and Wagon R for

registered presently in Delhi and NCR,

Kindly rectify the same and suggest the

another similar vehicle.

1.       In place of Wagon-R we may also

consider Maruti make Celario / Mahindra

KUV100 under same category.

2. In case of requirement of Ertiga Car

(MUV) we may also consider equivalent

vehicle or vehicle with higher

specifications.

Equivalent vehicle (MUV) or any other

(MUV) with higher specifications may be

defined as vehicle having same RTO

approved seating capacity and engine

capacity in terms of Cubic Centimeter (CC)

or higher
