Im on focalin and i take 80mg a day for narcolepsy. Im not eatting well because of it ,so idont have regular bowel movements maybe once a week what should i do?

Natural Constipation Cure

I drink at least 2-3ltrs of water a day, eat heaps of fibre filled foods (no bread because I'mallergic) yet I still get constipated. I found that the natural remedies for constipation are agreat help, I tried Metamucil but it didn't help much, I spotted a pamphlet at the doctors whenI was pregnant with my second, haven't bothered with anything else since trying the naturalremedies for constipation.

I was broke and ended up eating too many carbs with cheese. What a clog! It went on forfour days. I tried extra fiber, generic stool softener, and herb tea. I had hard, almost impactedstools. I was taking mineral oil and injecting mineral oil. Ick! I was honestly afraid I was goingto have to go to the hospital. I was getting too impacted to do an enema. Not a commercial!But it was two doses of MiraLAX that finally got me out of that jam. Now I'm back on a highfiber routine and drinking extra water. No more cheese!
