The top half of the preview pane allows you to see who your email is from and what the subject is. You can also see the date and time you received the email.

The bottom half of the preview pane allows you to see the details of the email you have selected. You can also reply or forward that email from here.

Use the purple arrow buttons to reply, reply all and forward emails.

The Actions Button offers even more functions.

The local address book does not import from Outlook or Entourage. The global address book does work in Outlook Web Mail. (What does that mean?)

You can create custom Folders for Storing your emails. This helps keep your inbox clean and organized. Your email may start to act up if your inbox exceeds 1000 emails.

Outlook Web App uses the universal address book for Region 10.

Groups and contacts that you have created from Entourage do not transfer into Outlook Web App

Outlook Web AppTo search for a contact click in the search box and begin to type their name. Only your contacts appear here.

To create a new contact or group click on the blue text New. Type in the contact information you want to add.

Click the X to delete any contact information you want to remove.

Outlook Web AppTask are reminders for things you need to do.

You create or add tasks by clicking on the blue text New.

Click on the X to delete a task.

Task can be color coded.
