Where and whenCopa Arrecife Cancun 2011 - Reef Cup will be held on July 17 22, 2011 in Cancun, Mexico.

Who is invited?

Copa Arrecife Cancun 2011 - Reef Cup calls youth teams from all the world for agreat opportunity tuspent vacations and enjoy a soccer tournament, with friends and families. We expect teams from Americanand European countries will join us.

Organization

The tournament is organized by Futtrip (EDL-Sports) company based in Cancun, in association withrecognised local tour local operators for tourist services. The tournament is backed by the Association of football of the State of Quintana Roo, Member of the Mexican Soccer Federation. All parties will be directed

by referees of the Association.

Copa Arrecife Cancun 2011 - Reef Cup is divided into age categories that will play in qualifying groups andknockout rounds of semi-finals and finals format.

Teams will be sorted into groups of 4 teams by lot. The winners of each group will be to play semifinals andfinal series to determine the champion. Other teams will play additional parties to define the overall rankingof the tournament.

All teams will have a free day, during which we hope you enjoy the beaches and attractions in Cancun.

NOTE: tournament format may vary slightly depending on the number of participating teams in each

category

Registration for the tournament is performed via internet in http://junior.futtrip.com, using the followingtwo steps:

TEAM REGISTRATION: the team entre fee covers fields usage, referees and staff rights during games,water and hydration, photos and video, trophies and medals.

ACCOMODATION PACKAGE: all participating teams must purchase one of the accommodations weoffer during this tournament, which consist of hotel service, welcome and coordination meetings inthe hotel, Futtrip staff at the hotel during the days and hours of play for coordination and advice fortransportation to fields.

NOTE: packages do not include air transportation. OPTIONAL SHUTTLE SERVICE:consists of a pass to use unique Reef Cup - Cancun 2011 buses, which

will run all day between fields and the Cancun hotel zone. The transfer pass should be engagedtogether with accommodation, in advance, by person or group for service planning.

1) The games regulations for this tournament will be according to rules of game of FIFA, with the exceptionof those mentioned specifically here.

2) Rules modifications allowed:a) Players substitution: teams may make up to 8 players substitutions during each game. The

substitution of players will be according to the FIFA rules: the referee must be notified, the outgoingplayer must leave the field before the entering player enters the field, change will be during a gameinterruption, and will happen in the middle of the field.

b) Duration of the games: 2 halves of 40 minutes (35 minutes or 30 minutes depending on the

category), with 5 minutes of rest. If weather conditions require so, additional 5 minutes of rest in the20th minute of each half will be allowed for hydration.

2) Age and eligibility :a) All players must be born after date limit for each category.b) All players must be registered by the date limit (June 10, 2011). Registration includes personal data,

copy of picture ID.c) All players must proceed to checkin with the Organization of the tournament before their first game.

Age and eligibility will be validated, and every one will receive his playing pass to access the playingfields.

d) No player can be registered for two different teams.3) Teams, players and coaches .

a) Teams must register a minimum of 14 players.

b) All players and coaches will receive a pass to access the playing fields. Players must exhibit theirtournament passes to access all their games.

c) During games, coaches and substitutes players must remain on their benches and may not walk bythe sides of the field. Spectators must remain in designated areas.

4) Qualifying round : groups will be seeded with 4 teams each (minimum 3 teams if not complete).Registered teams will play a minimum of 3 games in a round robin format.

5) Winners play semi-finals and finals stages by knockout.6) Winner determination . In the group stage, the positions are determined by points as follows:

a) 3 Points for winnerb) 1 Point each team for a tiec) 0 Points for looser

7) TIEBREAK. In the case of a tie between two or more teams during groups stage, the winner will bedetermined by:a) Net goals (Goals scored goals allowed)b) Their confronting game result (if only two teams are in a tie)c) Total goals scoredd) Fair Play: the lowest teams Fair Play ranking: Red cards received (counts 2 each) + Yellow cards

received (counts 1 each)e) Total goals receivedf) First scorer: the lowest minute of play of teams first goal scored. (i.e: Team A scored its first goal at

52 th minute of its first game. Team B scored its first goal at 24 th minute of its first game. TEAM B isthe winner)

g) Determined by coin flip8) Semi-finals finals . No overtimes will be played. In the event of a tie, winner will be decided by penalty

kicks series.
