The EarthSaver/RubberFlex flooring product line offers a comprehensive range of environmentally preferred flooring, including rubber tile products, rubber rolls and interlocking tile floors. RubberFlex Impact Recycled Rubber Flooring is designed for commercial and sport applications; EarthSaver products include our Elite Series and Classic Series.
Our RubberFlex flooring line was first produced by the German company that invented the process of recycling rubber tires into sheet flooring and underlayment. Today, we call it RubberFlex Impact.
The RubberFlex Impact and EarthSaver series use up to100 percent post-consumer rubber that would normally end up in junk yards and landfills. The discarded tires are ground into various size granules, then cleaned and sorted after all metal, dirt and fibers are removed. Our EPDM color granules are made from 30 to 100 percent pre-consumer waste. The granules are mixed into a myriad of color combinations―preferred color range is only a fraction of the colors and patterns we can produce.

EarthSavers/RubberFlex® Flooring is the Perfect Green Solution.
Our products are created from up to 100% post-consumer tire rubber and post-industrial EPDM rubber. Our products exceed the strictest environmental standards. We can qualify your facility for LEED credits.
Applications for ES/RubberFlex® flooring.
FACTORY SEALINGThe EarthSaver/RubberFlex flooring products are available with a factory-applied sealer. We recommend that an additional coat of sealer is applied after the flooring has been cleaned following initial installation. The factory sealing dramatically reduces dirt, dust and residue that can result from installation, making clean-up easier and lowering maintenance costs.
THICKNESS All EarthSaver/RubberFlex flooring products are available in 3/16" (4mm), 1/4" (6mm) or 3/8" (9mm) thicknesses. Custom thickness is available.

EarthSaver Rubber Flooring is available in 3/16" (4mm), 1/4" (6mm) or 3/8" (9mm) thickness.
Our EarthSaver products utilize 100% recyclable rubber tiles and post-industrial EPDM color chips. We offer two product ranges for EarthSaver as well as solid color choices and the custom create-a-color option.
Our “Elite” series has a sand-like appearance where our “Classic” series incorporates larger color chips. Both products are bold color patterns.

G-FORCE Playground Tiles take the worry and hassles out of play areas. Our solid-construction, 24" x 24" cushioned safety tiles are made from 100% recycled tires. RubberFlex Impact offers three distinct color densities and color patterns. We offer our high-density platinum series in five beautiful color patterns. Our diamond series has seven colors that offer the most widely accented color density. The gold series provides RubberFlex “Impact” an economically priced option with all the benefits and quality of the total “Impact” series.
Our RubberFlex “Impact” series is the Granddaddy of recycled rubber flooring, in rolls. In conjunction with BSW, the inventor of the technology to recycle tires into sports surfaces, RubberFlex introduced EPDM color granules into their black “Regupol®” Rolls. The result is the most widely used recycled rubber flooring worldwide.

Like all RubberFlex products, Komfort is an environmentally responsible choice. We incorporate up to 100% post-consumer and post-industrial rubber.
Komfort flooring provides optimum shock absorption and resiliency for running, walking, or standing. It reduces the potential for stress and injury yet it’s slip resistant.
Komfort is a combination of a cushioned base layer combined with a durable wear layer of highly compressed EPDM rubber.Komfort is available in a standard 5/16" (8mm) thickness but custom thickness and colors are available. You can install RubberFlex Komfort indoors or outdoors, as our system is UV-stable.
RubberFlex Komfort multi-purpose surfacing is the ideal solution for environments such as outdoor/indoor play surfaces, indoor running tracks, and anti-fatigue areas.
Komfort Rolls are available in three standard colors. Rolls are 4 ft. wide by 50 ft. long.

Although ArenaFlex tiles were developed to withstand the torturous abuse of ice skating blades, they have proven a fabulous product for fitness facilities, lobbies, play areas to name a few.
ArenaFlex tiles are available in standard square edge or as an interlocking, loose-lay tile.
ArenaFlex offers style and function and will perform for years. The ArenaFlex product line is manufactured with a recycled rubber base and a virgin rubber top surface. The two layers are vulcanized to create a homogenous floor tile that is durable, non-porous and easy to maintain.
Available in 8 fleck color patterns with a hammered texture. 39.3" x 39.3" x 5/16" (8mm)

Gymversal is truly a multi-functional floor offering excellent shock absorption, sound absorption, and durability. Gymversal has excellent mechanical strength to support heavy equipment and is suitable for a variety of uses including exhibits, child care rooms, cafeterias and multiuse arenas.
Gymversal, installed as an indoor track system, provides the resilience, shock absorption, and traction necessary for safe, comfortable indoor running and walking. With an indoor jogging track, running can be incorporated into warm ups and exercise routines to add versatility and variety to a facility.
Gymversal carries a three (3) year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

QuietPad is an acoustical underlayment that's the preferred choice for high-rises, office buildings, hotels, multi-family homes or simply for the personal comfort of the homeowner.
