Interview Report Out1We are ready to combine the great talent from the Rail and Aircraft Engines IT teams into a single, global GE Transportation IT organization. Why are we adjusting the organization? We needed to combine similar teams from Rail and Aircraft Engines IT organizations to simplify our structure and improve our ability to leverage the synergies and best practices within teams that support similar business and IT processes. Furthermore, we recognize the terrific talent that we have throughout the organization and made it a priority to apply that talent to help speed our own integration efforts and position ourselves to help our business partners with their upcoming integration needs.
