Allah Ta’ala states in the Qur’aan

Majeed:

“We fling the Haqq on Baatil. Then it

smashes it’s (i.e. Baatil’s) brains out.

Then suddenly it vanishes.” (Surah

Ambiyaa, Aayat 18)

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said:

“This Ilm (of the Shariah) will be borne

by the pious of every successive

generation. They (the Ulama-e-Haqq)

will drive away from it (this Shariah) the

interpolations of the deviates, the

falsehood of the false-mongers and the

interpretations of the ignoramuses.” (Mishkaat)

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said:

“He who remains silent when the Haqq

is trampled upon, is a dumb Shaitaan.”

INTRODUCTION

The protection of the Shariah, the Sunnah and the

Imaan of the masses is of paramount importance.

It has greater importance than the ‘honour’ of a

person who vilifies the Sunnah or who misleads

people or who poses a threat to the Imaan of the

masses. Shaami explicitly states the

permissibility, in fact Wujoob, of naming the

culprits: “The sixth (example of permissibility) is

to criticize the majrooheen witnesses and authors

(of books for their zandaqah, etc.). This is jaa-iz,

in fact Waajib for the protection of the Shariah.”

On the specific issue of naming and exposing the

one who misguides others, Imaam Abu Hanifah

(Rahmatullah alayh) said to his Student, Imaam

Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh):

“When you are aware of the evil of a person, then

do not speak/mention this about him, but search

for goodness from him, and speak about it, except

in the matter of Deen. If you are aware of it

(evil) in his Deen then mention him to the

people so that they do not follow him and so

that they stay away from him. Rasulullah

(Alayhis Salaam) said: ‘Mention the faajir with

that in which he indulges so that the people stay

away from him even if he is a man of status and

position.’

And the person in whom you see corruption of

the Deen, mention that (to the people) and do

not be concerned of his status, for verily, Allah

Ta’ala is your Aid, and your Helper and the

Helper of the Deen...”

A Baatil (corrupt) and un-Islamic entity known as

Baitul Hikmah will soon be having a Haraam ‘Al-

Ghazali Festival’ which is totally in conflict with

the Shariah. A few reasons are mentioned below

of why this Baitul Hikmah chaps are deviated

Mudhilleen who have no shame whatsoever.

REASONS WHY THEY ARE

SHAYAATEEN

Below are few reasons mentioned why they are

Shayaateen misleading the Ummah:

1 – WOMEN ATTENDING THE

MASAAJID

They have advertised a book of a certain deviate,

Jasser Auda, regarding women attending the

Masaajid. A detailed refutation of the rubbish

disgorged by the moron Zindeeq Jasser Auda, is

currently being prepared. But, this is not the only

issue. The ‘Al-Ghazali’ Festival has a book expo

selling dangerous books.

Now, let us see what Imaam Ghazali says.

Concurring with Imaam Ghazali Rahimahullah,

Allamah Ibn Hajar Haitami Rahimahullah quotes

in Al-Fataawa Al-Fiqhiyyatul Kubra the

following:

“(The prohibition) is further supported by the

statement of Ghazaali in Al-Ihya. He said: ‘It is

Waajib to prohibit women from attending the

Musaajid for Salaat, for gatherings of knowledge

and thikr when there is fear of fitnah, for verily

Aishah (radhiyallahu anha) had prohibited them.

It was then said to her: ‘Verily, Rasulullah

(sallallahu alayhi wasallam) did not prohibit

women from jamaa-aat (gatherings in the

Musjid).’ She then said: ‘If Rasulullah (sallallahu

alayhi wasallam) had known what the women

have introduced after him, he would most

certainly have prohibited them.”

This statement appears in Ihyaul Uloom of Imaam

Ghazali. Imaam Ghazali Rahimahullah upholds

the Fatwa of Hazrat Ayesha Radhiyallahu Anha

which the Jumhoor Fuqaha of all four Math-habs

cite as a basis for prohibiting women from the

Masaajid. The Sahaabah Radhiyallahu anhum and

the Four Math-habs agree with the Fatwa of

Hazrat Ayesha Radhiyallahu Anha.

Alhamdulillah!

However, these ‘Baitul Hikmah’ fellows are

advertising the book of Jasser Auda who degrades

and discards the Fatwa of Hazrat Ayesha

Radhiyallahu Anha. Accordingly, Allamah Ibn

Hajar Haitami Rahimahullah has clearly

explained the Shaafi Fatwa on women attending

the Masaajid which is undoubtedly chagrin to the

Mudhilleen, the Salafi anti-Taqleed deviates and

all morons:

“And, no one will hesitate in prohibiting women

(from the Musjid and emerging from the home in

general) except a ghabi (moron) who is a jaahil,

and who lacks ability in understanding the

subtleties of the Shariah …………The correct

verdict is categorical Tahreem (i.e. haraam for

women to come to the Musjid), and this is the

Fatwa. And, this in a nutshell is our (Shaafi’)

Math-hab.”

Insha Allah, the refutation on Jasser Auda will

shed more light on this issue.

2 – INTERMINGLING OF THE

SEXES

Imaam Ghazali Rahimahullah has mentioned in

Ihyaul Uloom that it is Waajib for there to be a

separation between men and women which

prevents men looking at women and vice versa.

Imaam Ghazali uses the word ‘haa-il’ which

refers to a curtain or a wall.

The Hijaab which Imaam Ghazali mentioned as

explained above, is substantiated by Qur’aan and

Hadeeth which is openly violated by ‘Baitul

Hikmah’ and the speakers they promote.

Consider Nouman Ali Khan – he does not make

proper Hijaab. This applies to all the other

speakers as well. Despite this fact, these Baitul

Hikmah morons are promoting all these Zindeeq

Mudhilleen. Another example is Jasser Auda’s

book which the so-called ‘Baitul Hikmah’

Shayaateen are promoting. In his book, he argues

that men and women may freely mix. Yet, Imaam

Ghazali and all four Math-habs condemn

intermingling of the sexes. Hijaab is Waajib for

Ghair Mahrams. Those who are advertising

Haraam and promoting deviates in the name of

Imaam Ghazali, are spineless Shayaateen who

don’t seem to have any skin on their faces! These

Baitul Hikmah devils should hang themselves in

shame!

3 – THE NIQAAB

This is an era of Fitnah without any dispute. Even

morons, modernists and Zindeeqs – obviously

those whose heads are not stuck in the ground like

ostriches – are constrained to admit the multiplied

Fitnah of this belated era in comparison to times

before!

There is Ijmaa upon the Wujoob of women

covering their faces in times of Fitnah. In fact, the

Ijmaa is A’mali (practical) as well. Consider the

statement of Imaam Ghazali who passed away in

the year 505 Hijri which is more than 900 years

ago. What would Imaam Ghazali have said about

the Fitnah of today???

“For ages, men (have been) with their faces

exposed and women have emerged from their

homes with the Niqaab!” (Ihyaul Uloom)

Besides the above, there are innumerable quotes

from all four Math-habs which prove without

doubt that it is Waajib for women to conceal their

faces from Ghair-Mahram men. The Wujoob

mentioned by the Fuqaha, is irrefutable. But, these

Baitul Hikmah Zindeeqs promote Yasmin

Mogahed who is an open Faasiqah-Shaitaanah.

Yet, their merrymaking festival is in the name of

Imaam Ghazali!

In fact, women covered their faces from strange

men, even during the era of Nabi (Sallallahu

Alaihi Wasallam). Amongst the famous incidents

that prove this was during Hajjatul Wida when the

wives of Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam)

covered their faces during Ihraam when men

passed by and also when Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi

Wasallam) instructed his wives to conceal

themselves in the presence of the blind Sahaabi.

4 – THE BEARD

Imaam Ghazaali said: “Umar Bin Al-Khattaab

(radhiyallahu anhu) and Ibn Abi Ya'la, the

Qaadhi of Madinah, rejected the testimony of a

man who used to pluck hairs from his beard.”

(Ihyaul Uloomiddeen)

Now what will be the ruling of the person who

shaves his beard or trims his beard like some of

the Fussaaq speakers of the so-called Al-Ghazali

Festival – which is hosted, promoted and

advertised by Shaytaan and his family!

5 – RAJM

Rajm is stoning the adulterer. There is Ijmaa’ on

the validity of Rajm. But Zindeeqs and Murtads

reject Rajm. This is about the worst crime which

these ‘Baitul Hikmah’ characters are also

associated with. They are advertising as ‘sold out’

a book of the Murtad Loauy Fatoohi who rejects

Rajm!!! This is clear-cut Kufr and anyone who

knowingly promotes or advertises such books, is

undoubtedly a Kaafir! They throw themselves out

of Islam by rejecting what is part of Islam!

Hadhrat Umar Ibn Khattaab (radhiyallahu anhu)

said: “Verily, Allah Ta’ala sent Muhammad

(sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with the Haqq

(Truth), and He revealed the Kitaab (Qur’aan) to

him. Among the (aayaat) which Allah had

revealed to him was the aayat of Rajm. I recited it,

understood it and memorized it. Rasulullah

(sallallahu alayhi wasallam) executed Rajm, and

we (the Sahaabah) after him executed Rajm. I fear

that due to the long duration of time on people

they may say: ‘We do not find Rajm in the Kitaab

of Allah.’ Thus, they will go astray by abandoning

an injunction which Allah Ta’ala had revealed.

(Know) that Rajm is incumbent on the one who

commits zina when he or she is (of the quality of)

Ihsaan (i.e. married), when evidence has been

established or there is pregnancy or confession.”

(Bukhaari and Muslim)

Those who reject Rajm are rejecting what Allah

has revealed. And this is Kufr! Besides the above,

there are many more Haraam acts such as:

Photography and videography of animate

objects.

Honouring and promoting Fussaaq,

Bid’atis, Zindeeqs and Mudhilleen.

The venues are evil venues. There is nothing

Islamic about the Shaitaani so-called ‘Al-

Ghazali’ College in Pretoria, the Shaitaani

‘Qurtuba’ so-called Islamic Academy of

Joburg, the Shaitaani ‘Islamia’ College of

Cape Town, and the Haraam devilish venues

of Orient Hall and Hartley Primary!

They promote female expressionists who

are be-hayaa (shameless) and violate the

laws of Hijab! All their speakers – male and

female – are deviates!

They sell and advertise mainly rubbish

books of Zindeeqs and Mudhilleen.

They sell Haraam CDs. Zain Bhika and Co.

are Fussaaq. We recently published a

booklet on the evil of these Nazms, Naats

and Qaseedahs!

The children’s books they sell are Haraam –

filled with Haraam animate photos.

Khurram Murad is a deviated Faasiq! It is

never permissible to read the rubbish

(gutha) of this Shaytaan. The ‘Jamaat-e-

Islami’ sect in Pakistan and Bangladesh is a

deviated sect of the Maudoodi Shaytaan.

The English translation of the Qur’an by

Yusuf Ali has many errors. A whole book

has been published on this issue in the past.

They also sell some Haraam toys which they

have dubbed as ‘Islamic’ toys.

THE SPEAKERS

All their speakers are deviated Mudhilleen: Aisha

Grey Henry, Seraj Hendriks, Hamzah Mardud,

Sharif Al Banna, Mustafa Abu Sway – and even

those of the past such as Hasan Al Banna, Umm

Zakiyyah, Yasmin Mogahed, Nouman Ali Khan,

etc. etc. People should be wary of all the

Mudhilleen.

Their speakers don’t make proper Hijaab, allow

themselves to be photographed, and mislead the

masses with their corrupt views!

It is essential for Muslims to recognize who the

Ulama-e-Soo (evil Ulama), Mudhilleen and the

‘scholars for dollars’ are. According to the Hadith,

one should exercise care when acquiring

knowledge and guidance of the Deen. Study and

investigate the aalim/ sheikh from whom one

acquires the Deen. The talks of the Ulama-e-Soo

are fatal for Akhlaaq and Imaan.

It is famously known that Imaam Ghazaali was a

Shaafi. But, those having a festival in the name

of Imaam Ghazaali, are those who do not

advocate Taqleed! They have a Salafi mentality.

Furthermore, it is necessary to follow the official

opinions of one’s Math-hab.

Selective Taqleed of Imaam Ghazali is the norm

amongst deviates and modernists. Being ignorant

of the Knowledge of the Shariah, they are

constrained to resort to Taqleed of obscure views

and opinions which are in contradiction of the

Ijma’ of the Ummah.

MUSIC AND IMAAM GHAZAALI Displaying this selective brand of Taqleed, the

modernists resort to a downright dishonest

Taqleed of Imaam Ghazaali (Rahmatullah Alayh)

in their attempt to ‘prove’ the permissibility of

music and musical instruments. While they reject

every aspect of Imaam Ghazaali’s ta’leem on all

other issues of the Shariah, which militates against

their opinions, they are rapid in expressing their

Taqleed of his view on singing and music.

After conceding the Ijma’ of the Fuqaha of the

Four Math-habs on the prohibition of music and

musical instruments, Imaam Ghazaali

(Rahmatullah Alayh) proceeds to argue

exceptional cases of permissibility. In his

argument he does not negate the general rule of

prohibition. Rather, he presents a case of

permissibility for certain exceptions such as divine

songs to engender spiritual ecstasy. However, it

has to be reiterated that even his case for limited

permissibility is untenable in view of the conflict

with the Ijma’ of the Fuqaha which represents the

Shariah’s position from the age of the Sahaabah as

the evidence has been explained in books written

by the Ulama-e-Haq!

For the modernists, Imaam Ghazaali (rahmatullah

alayh) has importance in only the issue of music.

As far as the entire Shariah is concerned, other

than the exception of singing and music, Imaam

Ghazaali (rahmatullah alayh) is lumped into the

same category of orthodoxy which the modernist

deviates dispose and deprecate with a vehemence

pleasing to only shaitaan and heretics. Consider

the fact that Imaam Ghazaali (rahmatullah alayh)

propagates the prohibition of eating food from

tables. He advocates eating on the ground as the

Sunnah. Eating on tables is bid’ah according to

Imaam Ghazaali (Rahmatullah Alayh).

The views of Imaam Ghazaali on Purdah are

undoubtedly chagrin to the modernists. In short,

Imaam Ghazaali (rahmatullah alayh) is an

orthodox Muslim, a ‘fanatic’ like the Molvis

except for some latitude on the issue of singing

and two musical instruments, the duff and the

flute, which he opined to be permissible in certain

circumstances with certain restrictive conditions.

He avers that it is an innovation to use soap and to

eat to one’s heart’s content even though he does

not brand these as haraam. Nevertheless, this is the

position which he adopts. The modernists who

have made a selective Taqleed of Imaam Ghazaali,

should henceforth refrain from the utilization of all

soap, soap powders and detergents.

“Lick your fingers after eating” commands

Imaam Ghazaali. This practice is detestable to the

modernist juhhaal who have western kuffaar

masters to serve and appease. It is a practice

viewed with revulsion by the western intellectual

masters of the modernist deviates prowling in the

shadows of the community, hence they will not

make Taqleed of Imaam Ghazaali in this practice

of the Sunnah.

The clinching argument in this debate pertaining

to Imaam Ghazaali’s view is that since his view is

in conflict with the Ijma’ of the Four Math-habs,

it is devoid of substance. It has to be incumbently

set aside. A conflicting opinion which developed

many centuries after the Sahaabah and the Fuqaha

of Khairul Quroon (The First three pious ages of

Islam), is not the Fatwa of the Shariah. It is the

erroneous opinion of an individual.

It has been said: “Every Aalim slips” just like

every good horse slips and falls. Imaam Ghazaali

(rahmatullah alayh) has aptly summed up their

intellectual derangement with his comment:

“Complete blindness is better than oblique

vision.”

THIS SO-CALLED ‘ALGHAZALI’

FESTIVAL IS HARAAM EVENT

ACCORDING TO IMAAM GHAZALI

RAHIMAHULLAH.

THEY ARE NOT BAITUL HIKMAH.

THEY ARE BAITUSH SHAYTAAN (THE

HOUSE OF SHAYTAAN) PROMOTING

SHAITAANIYYAT, SUPPORTED BY

SHAYAATEEN AND ADVERTISING

HARAAM FUNCTIONS FOR THE
