DESCRIPTION
It was the month of Ramadan in which the Qur'an was [first] bestowed from on high as a guidance unto man and a self-evident proof of that guidance, and as the standard by which to discern the true from the false. Hence, whoever of you lives to see this month shall fast throughout it; but he that is ill, or on a journey, [shall fast instead for the same] number of other days. God wills that you shall have ease, and does not will you to suffer hardship; but [He desires] that you complete the number [of days required], and that you extol God for His having guided you aright, and that you render your thanks [unto Him]. [Qur’an 2:185] (Asad)

Which is with Allah is far better
AND [remember that] whatever you are given [now] is but for the [passing] enjoyment of life in this world - whereas that which is with
God is far better and more enduring. [It shall be given] to all who attain to faith and in their
Sustainer place their trust. [Qur’an 42:36] (Asad)
The way (of blame) is only against those who wrong mankind, and rebel in the earth without
right. Those will have a painful punishment. And whoever is patient and forgives. Indeed,
that is of the affairs (requiring) courage. [Qur’an 42:42-43]

The most beautiful, the most sincere, the most elevated and the most exalted kind of love is
most certainly the love of the One Whom hearts were created to love, and for Whom creation
was brought into existence to adore. Allah is the One to Whom hearts turn in love, exhalation and glorification, humility, submission and worship. Such worship cannot be directed
towards other than Him. It is the perfection of love accompanied by complete submission and
humility. Allah is loved for His own sake in every respect.
All except Him are loved for the love they give in return. All the revealed Books, and the
message of all the Prophets, bear witness to the love that is due towards Him, as does the natural impulse He has created in all His
servants, the intellect He has given them, and the blessings He has poured on them.
Hearts, as they mature, come to love whom-ever is merciful and kind towards them. So
how much greater is their love for Him from Whom all kindness springs!

Mercy of Allah
Woe unto every sinful self-deceiver who hears God’s messages when they are
conveyed to him, and yet, as though he had not heard them, persists in his
haughty disdain! Hence, announce unto him grievous suffering for when he does become aware of any of Our
messages, he makes them a target of his mockery! For all such there is
shameful suffering in store. [Qur’an 45:7-9] (Asad)
Unless it be by an act of mercy from Us (Allah) and a grant of life for a [further
span of] time. [Qur’an 36:44] (Asad)

) 36:44(إلا رحمة منا ومتاعا إلى حني
يسمع آيات الله تتلى عليه ثم يصر مستكبرا كأن لم يسمعها ) 45:7(ويل لكل أفاك أثيم
)45:9(وإذا علم من آياتنا شيئا اتخذها هزوا أولئك لهم عذاب مهني ) 45:8(فبشره بعذاب أليم
قل لو كان البحر مدادا لكلمات ربي لنفد البحر قبل أن تنفد كلمات ربي ولو جئنا
)18:109(بمثله مددا
Say: “If the sea were ink for (writing) the words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before that the words of my Lord would be finished, even if we brought (another sea) like
it as aid.” [Qur’an 18:109]

Indeed, those who believe and do righteous
deeds, the Beneficent will bestow love for them.
[Quran 19:96]
)19:96(إن الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات سيجعل لهم الرحمن ودا

Their call therein (in Paradise) will be: “Glory be to You, O Allah.” And their greeting therein will be:
“Peace.” And the conclusion of their call will be: “Praise to Allah, Lord of
the worlds.” [Qur’an 10:10]

SAY: "Who is it that provides you with sustenance out of heaven and earth, or who is it that has full power over [your] hearing and sight? And who is it that brings forth the living out of that which is dead, and brings forth the dead out of that which is alive? And who is it that governs all that exists?" And they will
[surely] answer: [It is] God. , Say, then: Will you not, then, become [fully]
conscious of Him. [Qur’an 10:31] (Asad)

The Sustainer
Indeed, there was a party of My slaves who said:“Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us, and have mercy on us,
and You are the best of those who are merciful.”“So you took them in mockery until they made you forget My
remembrance, and you used to laugh at them.”“Indeed, I have rewarded them this day for their patience.
Indeed, they are those who are successful.”[Qur’an 23:109-111]
وإلا ه ي لا إلهالذ الله وه
لامالس وسالقد كلالم
زيزالع نميهالم نمؤالم
ان اللهحبس ركبتالم اربالج
الله وركون هشا يمع
له روصالم ارئالب قالالخ
له حبسى ينساء الحمالأس
ما في السماوات والأرض
يمكالح زيزالع وهو[Qur’an 59:23-24]
God is He save whom there is no deity: the Sovereign Supreme, the Holy, the One with whom all salvation rests, the Giver of Faith,
the One who determines what is true and false, the Almighty, the One who subdues wrong and restores right, the One to whom
all greatness belongs! Utterly remote is God, in His limitless glory, from anything to
which men may ascribe a share in His divinity!
He is God, the Creator, the Maker who shapes all forms and appearances! His
[alone] are the attributes of perfection. All that is in the heavens and on earth extols His
limitless glory: for He alone is almighty, truly wise!
