Your enlistment in Central Command has been renewed for the
cyclic period from 01 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2025 for the existing
categories of work mentioned in this HQ letter under reference and
shall now be valid up to 31 Dec 2025

Index No C-172 allotted to you shall remain unchanged, which may
be quoted by you in all future correspondence. All other contents
of the letters mentioned at Para 1 (a) shal remain unchanged and
hold good.

Please note that you will be required to strictly ensure
engagement of engineers and deployment of T&P, Machinery&
Transport' as stipulated in the respective contracts. Inadequate
engagement of engineers/deployment of 'T&P Machinery &
Transport' as per contract conditions shall be considered as
serious lapse attracting ban/ removaldowngrading/debarment of the
Firm/Company.
Please also note that you will either obtain/have valid
Electrical Licence of (b) required class in your name or engage an
agency having valid Electrical Licence of required class through
proper agreement/MOU for execution of all electrical works as well
as works under category (c) [including its sub-categories (i) to
(vii) ] and category (d)) to the extent Rule 29 under Part ll of
Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and
Electric Supply) Regulation, 2010 is applicable forming either in
full or part of the scope of work of contract awarded to you. All
such works shall be executed by you through such agency only
(either yourself or other agency) having valid Electrical Licence
of required class. Such Electrical Licence shall be obtained from
the concerned authority of State Government/Union Territory where
the works are to be executed. Any violation of this condition shall
be sufficient reason for taking such
disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Registering Authority
apart from other
recourse/remedy available to the Department under the conditions
of contract for such

Please take timely action to submit fresh SSD or get the
validity/ maturity renewed valid 5. beyond 31 Dec 2025.
You are advised to browse the MES site www.mes.gov.in
periodically to gather various information and instructions issued
by the department from time to time which pertains to related
issue, rules, regulations of Govt of India on account of contract
matters, taxes, levies, labour related issues, and all other issues
having bearing on tendering and bidding process as wll as execution
of works, to which any bidder or contractor is deemed to be aware
of the acquainted

record of enlisted contractors of cyclic period 2020-2025, since no
hard copy is being sent.

concerned contractor in addition to the present e-mail to them.
