Teilnahmebedingungen

Jeder Radsportler ab dem 18. Lebensjahr (volljährig) ist startbe-rechtigt. TeilnehmerInnen ab 16 Jahre können in Begleitung der Eltern, oder mit Einverständnis des Erziehungsberechtigen an der 130 km bzw. 63 km Distanz teilnehmen.

Mit der Einzahlung des Startgeldes akzeptiert der/die Teilneh-merIn umfassend alle Teilnahmebedingungen des Veranstalters.

Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr! Darüber hinaus erklärt jede(r) TeilnehmerIn, die Veranstalter von jeder zivil- als auch strafrechtlichen Verantwortung gegenüber Personen- und/oder Sachschäden, die/der TeilnehmerIn verursacht hat oder die ihm entstanden sind, zu entheben.

Der/die TeilnehmerIn erkennt auch an, dass während des "Rad-Marathon“ die Straßen nicht für den Verkehr gesperrt sind. So-mit erklärt er/sie ausdrücklich, dass die Straßenverkehrsord-nung ohne Ausnahme eingehalten wird. Bei Nichteinhaltung der Vorschriften ist mit Anzeigen durch die Polizei zu rechnen. Die Rennleitung behält sich das Recht vor, TeilnehmerInnen, die sich in irgendeiner Weise unkorrekt verhalten, aus dem Bewerb aus-zuschließen.

Der/die TeilnehmerIn erklärt, dass er/sie für den "Rad-Marathon“ ausreichend trainiert hat, körperlich gesund ist und der Gesund-heitszustand ärztlich bestätigt wurde.

Der Schlusswagen ist das Ende des Rennens. Jeder Radfahrer, der zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt hinter diesem Fahrzeug fährt, gilt als nicht mehr ihm Bewerb. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, wieder ins Rennen zurückzufahren, wenn der Schlusswagen überholt wird. Der Schlusswagen hält sich exakt an die vorgege-benen Durchfahrtszeiten. Die Rennleitung kann TeilnehmerInnen aus dem Bewerb nehmen, die offensichtlich den Kontrollpunkt nicht mehr zeitgerecht erreichen können.

TeilnehmerInnen der 230 km Strecke, die bis 13.38 Uhr die Ver-pflegungsstation in Imst und bis 15.30 Uhr die Paßhöhe Hahn-tenjoch nicht erreicht haben, müssen aus dem Bewerb genom-men werden.

Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt bei schlechter Witterung oder an-deren unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen die Strecke zu verkürzen und das Zeitlimit zu verändern.

Bei Gefahr ist auch eine Absage oder ein Abbruch durch die Be-hörden möglich.

Das Tragen eines Sturzhelmes ist pflicht.

Mit der Anmeldung ist der/die TeilnehmerIn einverstanden, dass... * die Personen- und Adressdaten elektronisch gespeichert und verarbeitet werden, sowie publiziert werden dürfen. * der Veranstalter - oder von ihm beauftragte Partner - Interviews, Fotos, Video- und TV-Aufnahmen machen darf und diese uneingeschränkt und zeitlich unlimitiert nützen darf. * die Adressdaten für Werbezwecke durch den Veranstalter verwendet werden und diese auch an Sponsoren weitergegeben werden dürfen.

Mit der Anmeldung bestätigt der/die TeilnehmerIn, dass... * die Startnummer nicht verändert wird, insbesondere der Werbeaufdruck * die Startnummer nicht weitergegeben wird, ansonst wird jener TeilnehmerIn mit dieser Startnummer disqualifiziert * Name, Jahrgang, Wohnort und Team der Wahrheit entsprechen.

Jeder TeilnehmerIn hat einen Reserveschlauch mitzuführen.

Conditions

Every cyclist older than 18 is allowed to take part. Participants older than 16 are allowed to take part in the 130 km or 63 km course accompanied by their parents or with consent of their pa-rents.

By paying the entry fees the participants accept all the rules gi-ven by the organization team.

The participation is at one’s own risk! Every participant declares not to make any claims (civil law and criminal law claims) concer-ning personal –and/or material damages caused by the partici-pant or concerning damages which occur to him.

The participants also accept that the roads are not closed for the traffic during the marathon and that they have to comply to the road traffic regulations. Otherwise the police will bring charge against them. The organization team it entitled to disqualify cyc-lists who do not respect the regulations.

The participants declare that they are physically fit and that they have done a medical check-up.

The closing vehicle signs the end of the race. Cyclists who are behind the closing car are not considered as participants of the race and must pay attention to oncoming traffic. It is possible to return to the race if the cyclists overtake the closing car. The closing car will keep strictly to the control times at the respective check points. The organization team is also allowed to disqualify those participants who will not reach the check points in time.

Participants of the 230 km course who have not reached the re-freshment station in Imst until 1.38pm and the pass summit until 3.30pm will be disqualified.

In bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances the organizer has the right to shorten the course and change the time limits. In case of danger the authorities have the right to cancel or stop the race.

Cycle helmets are compulsory.

By registration the participants accept the following conditions: * Personal data and addresses are saved, processed and published by EDP systems * The event organizer or his authorized partners are allowed to take pictures of all participants to make films and TV recordings which can be published without restrictions or time limits * The organizer is allowed to transmit address data to sponsors for advertising purposes

By registration the participants accept the following conditions (otherwise they will be disqualified) * It is not allowed to change the advertisement on the bib number. * It is forbidden to participate with the bib number of another cyclist. * Name, age, address data and team have to be correct

Every cyclist has to have his own second inner tube.

Escort cars are not welcome!

Every participant is publiced in the starting list just after we have received the entry fee.

Condizioni di partecipazione

Ogni ciclista deve aver compiuto il 18mo anno d’etá. Chi ha tra I 16 ed I 18 anni puó partecipare agli itinerari di 130 km o 63 km ma solo se accompagnato dai genitori o con l’autorizzazione di chi ne fa le veci.

Sottoscrivendo il modulo d’iscrizione e pagando la relative quota, i partecipanti accettano in maniera completa, tutte le condizioni di partecipazione redatte dall’organizzazione.La partecipazione alle diverse gare avviene sotto proprio rischio e pericolo!L’organizzazione si esonera in tal modo da qualsiasi responsabi-litá civile e fisica nei confronti dei danni che i partecipanti posso-no causare a cose o a persone (a sé o a terzi).Si ricorda inoltre ai partecipanti che, durante tutte 3 le gare cicli-stiche, le strade non verranno chiuse al traffico. Si sollecita per-tanto ogni atleta ad osservare, senza alcuna eccezione, le norme della circolazione. Nel caso tali norme non venissero osservate, verrá esposta denuncia alla polizia locale.La direzione agonistica si avvale inoltre del diritto di squalificare i partecipanti che, in qualche modo, si sono comportati scorretta-mente durante la gara.

Tutti I partecipanti dichiarano di essersi sufficentemente prepa-rati, di essere in buona salute fisica e di essere in possesso di un certificate medico di buona saluto.

La vettra di fine gara indica la fine della gara. Tutti i ciclisti che, in qualsiasi momento, si trovano dietro tale vettura, vengono con-siderati come non piú in gara. Rimane comunque la possibilitá di rientrare in gara una volta superatala. La vettura di fine gara si basa esattamente al programma redatto ed agli orari dei pas-saggi.

La direzione agonistica si avvale della possibilitá di fermare ir-reversabilmente quegli atleti che non hanno raggiunto i punti di controllo nei tempi previsti.

I partecipanti all’itinerario 230km, che non hanno raggiunto entro le 13:38 la stazione di rifornimento di Imst ed entro le 15:30 il passo Hahntenjoch, verranno rimossi dalla gara.

L’organizzazione è autorizzato ad accorciare il tragitto ed a cam-biare i tempi limiti in caso di cattivo tempo o altri eventi impreve-dibili. In caso di pericolo è possible una cancellazione completa della manifestazione o una interruzione tramite le autoritá locali.

È obbligatorio indossare il casco rigido.

Ogni partecipante deve portare con sé una camera d’aria di ri-serva.

Le vetture di scorta non sono gradite!

L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di effettuare delle modifiche.

Ogni partecipante é stato pubblicato solamente dopo il ricevi-mento del pagamento della quota d‘iscriziona.
