Fidelity Goal: By June 2019, RBM teachers will demonstrate engagement goals as indicated in the charts below (data that supports the SMART goal). Impact Goal: By June 2019, RBM teachers will achieve student growth rates as indicated in the table below (data that supports the SMART goal).

Goal 1: Every student in the Cabarrus County School system will graduate from high school prepared for work, further education, and citizenship.
