Quarter-turn pneumatic actuator promises full durability Kinetrol's Model 30 quarter-turn pneumatic actuator is adjustable from 80 - 100 degrees. This gives a maximum torque output of 19 140 Nm at 7.0 bar.
The vane design provides a long maintenance free life (up to 2 million operations guaranteed) and fast operating speeds, and is extremely compact. The actuator cases are manufactured from aluminium and have a durable, corrosion resistant epoxy finish.
The unit is available with spring return, limit switch box and both pneumatic and electropneumatic positioner options.
