CANCELLATIONSOrders placed cannot be cancelled or deliveries extended without written consent of Polaris, and upon terms whichwill indemnify Polaris against all losses. On orders for special items, Polaris reserves the right to invoice cancellationcharges for material.

RETURNED GOODSAll Polaris connectors are subject to rigid inspection before shipment. Imperfect material which might occasionallyoccur in a production run will be replaced. However, before authorization for return is given, samples of the materialmust be submitted to Polaris.

WARRANTIESPolaris Guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the date of sale. Our obligationunder this warranty is limited to the replacement of any product to be defective within 6 months from the date ofdelivery.

GOVERNING LAWThis contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Polaris productsare manufactured under the best quality control standards utilized by our industry. Generally, products are subjectedto tests recognized by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), American National StandardsInstitute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (U/L),Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and/or other governing bodies as applicable under the specific circumstances.

PLANT LOCATION

Polaris Connectors operates a 50,000 sq. ft.modern manufacturing facility located inOdessa, Florida. In this facility, we manufacturedual rated (Aluminum and Copper) electricalconnectors, neutral bars, box connectors,and insulated block connectors to fit anycustomer application.

All manufacturing tooling and equipment are developed in house to give us completeflexibility and insure product quality whendealing with special customer needs whichmay require us to custom make an item.
