RE-ADVERTISED TO CORRECT MEASUREMENTS IN PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pine Grove Rd at Twenty-Five Mile Creek Water Main Replacement will be received, by the Lugoff-Elgin Water Authority, at 88 Boulware Road, Lugoff, SC 29078, until 2:00pm on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at which time the Bids received will publically opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,400 feet of 12-inch water main.

CITY OF ROCK HILL -- PUR850 The City of Rock Hill seeks licensed contractors for competitive bids for Quantz Street/Poe Street Connector due by 2:00pm on April 26, 2017 in the City Operations Center Purchasing Conference Room at 757 S. The TOWN of KIAWAH ISLAND is requesting proposals from qualified, professional technology vendors for In-formation Technology Support Services. The qualified vendor would provide necessary technical services, which would enable the TOWN to: • Protect and secure its technology facilities • Ensure the efficient operation of its data processing networks and related computer systems in its defined user community • Enhance its quality of service for departments defined in the enclosed schedules • Minimize the spending and maximize the ROI for investment in technology The ideal vendor will resolve computer systems and network issues in accordance with standard and acceptable maintenance and support benchmarks. The County of Edgefield is soliciting proposals for HVAC Maintenance and Repairs for a term contract of one year beginning on July 1, 2017 with the option to renew. This proposal is asking for qualified contractors to submit proposals for performing scheduled quarterly maintenance and inspections as well as any repair work needed on the County owned heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Contractor must be able to make non-scheduled repairs on a timely basis, within one business day. All repairs will be quoted before work is done, including hourly rates. Proposers are required to attend a pre-proposal meeting to inspect all building and HVAC systems included in RFP prior to submitting proposal.

SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) intends to secure a contract with the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) for the administration, scoring, and reporting of English language proficiency as-sessments for public school students in kindergarten through grade 12 to be administered in spring 2018. Eng-lish language proficiency assessments measure students’ proficiency levels and progress in the four domains of language: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The assessments must include customized forms for stu-dents with disabilities. These assessments must meet the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA). In addition, an alternate assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities must be provided to meet the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA).
