We have five offices (at the time of writing); London (HQ), Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

We have a large team of consultants and support staff who specialise in sectors from a dedicated, centralised service desk for controlling all of our temporary labour to a team that concentrate on the permanent recruitment of senior management grade staff.

Our future plans include “more of the same”; providing high quality recruitment services to over 100 clients and 1000’s of candidates whilst staying flexible and competitive within our market place.

PRS working in partnership with B&ES Employment Agency Alliance & Impact Apprenticeships.

PRS takes corporate social issues very seriously and actively engages with clients to realise their own CSR targets and responsibilities.

We are actively engaged with the Employment Service with respect to recruitment of long term and young (18 to 24) unemployed people and we have an internal target to recruit 10% of all candidates (direct, permanent and temporary) via back to work programs.

We work with local colleges and local council development teams to attract labour in close proximity to where our client’s projects take place.

PRS have been trading with this specialist M&E maintenance contractor for over 10 years, and in that time have built an extremely good working knowledge of their business. Due to increasing recruitment and labour costs, they conducted a tender exercise to aid cost control and maintain quality. We were tendering against a neutral vendor supplier and two other agencies to supply a quality process system at competitive rates. PRS were awarded 1st tier supplier status in December 2013 with the contract going live on January 1st 2014. PRS now get first opportunity on all temporary and permanent roles for M&E trades, under a KPI agreement which is managed by a London based team of specialists.
