SummaryIn general villa has a good design and build however there are some of instllation issues that would be mentioned and noted here in the report.

Report will ne into two parts

Part 1 is the General Pictures of the Villa

Part 2 is the Snag Report

Further we will have a recommendation as part of snag

1. AC servicing to be done in all indoor units2. Floor drain to be tested3. Correctives maintenance to be done.
