Inauguration of Governor Gina M. Raimondo

Gina M. Raimondowaves to the crowd Tuesday from the steps of the
State House in Providence after receiving the gorget, a symbol of
high office, during her inauguration as governor of RhodeIsland.
Raimondo, 43, who grew up in Smithfield and most recently served as
general treasurer, is the states first female governor.
