※ China Environmental Labeling program was initiated by National Environmental Protection Agency (now is Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP)) in 1993.

China environmental labeling program has developed 19 years, it has issued 97 standards for China Environmental Labeling products and more than 2162 companies have participated and more than 52,000 models of products have been certified, including automotive, electronics, building materials etc.
