PROMET HAMMERLESS

Blade Shrouds• The new design of ProMet II blade shrouds has been optimized based on use in excavators

or loaders to offer up to 30% more wear material as compared to the equivalent model of our competitors.

• Reduces the exposure of the blade to impacts and abrasions, increasing the useful life of the bucket.

• With the new ProMet II blade shrouds, the front of the shroud contains between 10% and 20% more steel.

• The locking system only requires welding a base for each shroud, making installation easy and quick while reducing machine downtimes.

complete wear of the piece is achieved thus extending its useful life.• Protects the sides of the bucket from exposure to impacts and abrasions, increasing the

bucket’s useful life.• Its sharpness and lightness increase penetration of the bucket, thus improving machine

productivity.

New wing shrouds for Heavy MiningThe new wing shrouds feature an extremely robust design which is ideal for heavy duty applications and especially resistant in very abrasive soils. With the new MTGtwist hammerless locking system, optimal locking is ensured on the most aggressive of applications while providing the highest possible operator safety.The new wing shrouds are available for 60 and 90mm bucket wings. MTG will be extending the range of lateral protectors, with new references for 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm and 120mm bucket wings.
