Client Services Manager

The designated Client Services Manager will manage your recruitment programme ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

The CSM’s core function is to act as a single point of contact to minimise duplication, ensure continuity and an efficient, streamlined process.

Escalation and issue resolution. The Client Services Manager will be able to act as the first point of contact to ensure that any matters are addressed with immediate effect and do not become problematic.

• The CMC will agree the most cost effective commercial agreements based on historic, current and future business levels.
