CONNECTORS QS20 54

Quick-Set QS is a profile system in two sizes with cross-

product compatibility and flexibility. Its proven dovetail fas-

tening system permits rapid, uncomplicated assembly of all

Montech products.

Quick-Set size 40 is suitable for precise dimensionally-stable

connections. Its’ dovetail connections can be subjected to

larger loads than T-slot connections.

The Quick-Set size 30 is particularly suitable for substructuresof Montech conveyor belts.

The smaller profile system Quick-Set size 20 works exception-

ally well in applications that require rapid or frequent recon-

figuration such as laboratory equipment, industrial or office

applications, installation of vision systems, etc. Modifications may be made without notice.

Quick-Set is a universal modular system for mounting ele-ments. The system makes it possible for fast installation withoutmachining the profile ends. A variety of mounting options canbe obtained with a minimum of individual elements (10 baseelements).

Quick-Set can be adjusted easily, quickly and precisely, withoutthe need for drilling or pinning.

Quick-Set is suitable for precise dimensionally-stable connec-tions.

Its’ dovetail connections can be subjected to larger loads thanT-slot connections. With the screws tightened to the correcttorque, the strength of the resistance to displacement betweentwo interconnected profiles is 3000 N.

Quick-Set-connections are vibration proof and highly suitablefor demanding applications.

The connections established are precise, regardless of thetreatment of the profile ends.

Quick-Set makes it possible to set up linear connections as wellas connections with adjustable angles.

Its excellent flexibility makes it easy to reinforce mountingelements (vertical supports, horizontal carriers/diagonal braces).

All the clamping screws of the mounting elements are alwaysaccessible.

It is simple to disassemble and reuse the mounting elements atany time; clamping connections leave no drillholes, so profilescan be reused.
