The mission of In Search of Justice, PAKISTAN (ISJ-PK) is:
1. It is platform for bereaved people in KP province and
FATA areas of Pakistan to look socially, legally, morally
and ethically for their society constrains.
2. Arranging seminars and workshops to promote the
culture of awareness among the common men, women and
children.
3. Arranging skill development programs (SDP) on short
or long term basis in order to provide the best of ISJ-PK
services to the society.

4. Looking for introducing the modern day reforms in the
existing education system of KP province, to further equip
the education system with modern caliber.
5. Introducing innovative trends in health system in order
to make the
health System more patient-friendly.
6. Providing insight to the effected individuals of prisons
on humanitarian grounds.
7. Discouraging the harassment at offices and social
centers.
8. To collaborate through partnership co-operating with
various public sectors community based organizations and
other non-governmental organizations to accelerate the
development of the people of the area.
9. To ensure the women participation in various fields of
life and to encourage women participation in various fields
for the upbringing of a prosperous society and work for
their rights to provide Women and Children with functional
and formal literacy and other possible opportunities in
general.

10. To implement projects for Gender Mainstreaming and
Development and implement projects in Community
Infrastructure Development.
11. To enlighten the subjects about their legal rights and
liabilities.
12. Promote literacy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.
13. To introduce different programmers for Youth in
general to minimize un-employment in the above
mentioned areas.
14. To work with poor and marginalized people to
eradicate poverty by overcoming the In-justice and inequity
that cause it.
15. To provide all kinds of welfare services to the affected
and deserving people specially Women and Juvenile and
enlighten them about their legal rights and liabilities.
16. To arrange seminars and training programs for
awareness against terrorism, moral evils and corruption.

17. To endeavor for child rights and child protection
related to Health and Education issues particularly.
18. To work for the promotion of cultural values in broad
spectrum and projecting the religious virtues in the
concerned corners of the society and to create religious
harmony to make society more compatible and smooth
running.

In Search Of Justice Pakistan (ISJ-PK) is a non-profit welfare
organization. It was composite to form an organization for
the welfare of those, who were victimized due to social
circumstances, by authorities hands, high ups or any other
influential persons, and to make the common man well
aware at large regarding their due rights in society, and to
give trainings, imparting the required skills and knowledge
to the common men, women and children.
The organization shall be non-governmental; non-profiting
and non-political organization working for the vast welfare
of all the classes of society (irrespective of their gender and
without any discrimination) to the effect of their
vulnerability; to extent support for their rehabilitation; legal
aid and to provide training opportunities to them in general
for their sustainability in the shape of education & skill
trainings.
The working class (Men and Women) being the most
vulnerable class of the society and back bone of economic
standard of a society, is require to be focused in particular.
In Search of Justice PK is working for the positive change in
the system as a whole in KP and FATA areas.ISJ,PK shall has
the following wings:
1 Education Wing

3 Environment Wing.
4 Culture Wing
5 Law Wing
6 Socio-Demographic Wing.
Every wing has its own directorate where panel of experts
are working for the betterment of the concerned field.

Provision soft drinking facilities.(Hand pumps
and Tube Well run by solar energy)
Provision of proper arrangement of sanitation.
Provision of irrigation system.
Construction of mosques / Eid Ghah’ / ‘Janaza
Ghah’ with full-fledged facilities.
Compulsory provision education up to Middle
Education.
Skill development / vocational education for youth
(Male & Female)
To address the shortage of pure soft drinking
water, and due to drinking impure and saline water the
locality are victims of stomach related deceases and
infections.
The locality get soft drinking water from far flung
areas, and astonishingly the women and children are
main carriers of water from ponds (consider it clean and
drinkable) and resultantly suffer from many relevant
deceases.
To provide medical facilities to all.
To arrange trainings for the youth to enable them
to earn their livelihood.
Arrange skill-development programs for the poor
class to overcome poverty.

Rehabilitation centers for mental care of those
people who migrated during Zarb e Azab operation in
Waziristan Agency FATA.
To work to stop un-employment in KP.
Make efforts to lessen poverty in remote areas.

Efforts done by the In Search of Justice
in different places
► Facilitate IDP’s of North-Waziristan in Bannu
during Zarb-E-Azab Military Operation(2014).
► Made efforts to help Polio-Workers of Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa who were deprived of their salary
(nine Months)during 2014-15.
► Work for the working (Labour) class of
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.(2015).
► Local Gov’t training programs for the newly
elected members of local body Government to

enable them to understand their responsibilities
properly.
► Promotion of our beloved religion Islam and its
teachings.
►Visited different schools in KP to work for the
progress Education system in KP.
►Worked for the poor factories/mills workers .
►Work for the promotion of literacy in KP.
►Presented Proposal on Education Reforms and
serviced-structure for Workers’ Welfare
Education System .
►Helped the Employees of WWB KPin releasing
from illegal custody of the Higher Authorities of
KP in Sep, 2015.

Action Plan of ISJ PK (Strategic Plans)
1 First: Promote literacy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.
First Goal
To work for the improvement of literacy rate in Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa in general.
● Objective 1: developing the need for education.
Objective 2: providing the appropriate facilities for the
development in Education sector.
Objective 3: Reforms in education sector
Objective 4: Development in the curriculum.
Second Goal:
To develop & bring awareness and encourage, promote the
above mentioned set of classes and arrange trainings,
seminars, workshops for them in participatory manner to
achieve their legal, cultural, social, economical &
educational objectives.
Objective 1 Skill-development programs for the youth to stop
un-employment.
Objective 2: Training programs for the youth to build capacity.
Third Goal
Upgrading the level of knowledge & implement projects for

Gender Mainstreaming and Development.
Objective 1: Arranging the conducting work-shops and
seminar to upgrading the level of knowledge.
Objective 2: Try to help the individuals to achieve practical
programs directed toward following the teachings of our Prophet
(PBUH) and our beloved religion Islam.
Fourth Goal:
raising awareness of the basic concepts and values,
particularly with regard to addressing the problems faced by
society:
Objective 1: contributing in the intellectual treatment of
problems that facing the community in various spheres of life.
Objective 2: directing energies to the development of the spirit
of compassion and solidarity among members of society.
Objective 3: paying attention to the categories of society that
need special care guidelines.
Fifth Goal:
the expansion of community development program relevant
to working women:
Objective 1: Work for creating peaceful working environment
for working ladies.
Objective 2: Work to strengthen the participation of women in
every sector.

Sixth Goal:
To build the capacity of communities, professionals and
other civil society to specialized capacity building trainings
programs and to use research as tool for advocacy
campaigns on the issues of community interest.
Objective 1: coordinating with the charitable associations
and committees working within KP and FATA.
2 : Second: To work to minimize the gap between poor and rich classes of the society.

education and towards such programs which would

without any discrimination of caste, color and creed.
Objective 2: Work for the betterment of the society in large

To coordinate through partnership co-operating with

Objective 1: providing basic facilities with the necessary
maintenance.
Objective 2: interest to remove poverty by facilitating maximum
people from lower class.

3 Third: Health Sector
First Goal:
To provide maximum health facilities to those who deprived
of it.
Objective 1: Training for literate youth in the field of health.
Objective 2: Provide medicine to maximum people who
needed it.
Second Goal:
To achieve safe mother and child health by prevention,
promotion, curative and rehabilitative health cares for
mother and child.
Objective 1: Work for those areas specially where there is no
facility gynecologist to avoid maximum death rate.
Objective 2 : Work to provide major facilities to mother & child.
4 Fourth: Environment and culture
First Goal:
To make efforts for the prevention of Environmental
Pollution with tree plantation and general awareness.
Objective 1:To make environment clean and beautiful..
● Objective 2: To make people healthy.

Second Goal:
To promote culture and heritage for uplifting of society at
large.
● Objective 1:Work for preservation of unique culture and
traditions.
● Objective 2: Make efforts to work for the promotion of
culture .
Third Goal:
Give prior importance to positive aspects of old traditions.

Objective 2: cooperation and coordination with all the

Fourth Goal:
To encourage women participation in various fields for the
upbringing of a prosperous society.

all the related individuals who working on it.

take advantage of the guests and visitors who
visited the area for the purpose of enjoyment (Tour).

of remote areas.
Objective 2: Provide them basic facilities of life and raise voice
against in-justice, violence and exploitation against the poor workers.
Objective 3: Visit of different working places for evaluating the
system started for the benefit of workers.
Objective 4: Ensure maximum wages for the employees with
all major facilities given by the Gov’t .

Work for the promotion of Religion
Objective 1: Work for the educational institutions who create
awareness among the individuals to love for religion and country.
Objective 2: Provide facilities to the students of Islamic learning.
Objective 3: Construction of mosques for the better spread of religion.
