Functional description:
Easy loading through mobile carrier, movable on the process chamber door
Cleaning by 4 rotating spraying-arms in a closed loop system
Rinsing in closed loop from storage tank (incl. regeneration)
Conductivity monitoring of the rinsing water and regulation of the rinsing time
by presetting desired conductivity
Convection drying in a supply / exhaust air principle
Easy-to-use operating-touch-panel and one hand start-button

usage of 4 spraying arms are securing no shadowing inside the cleaning

shadow free PCB fixture in a various carrier:
(depending on PCB height – carriers 3x200mm or 2x300mm or 1x600mm)
cleaning with 80ltr. liquid mixture in a closed loop cycle.
Depending on the usage of the complete amount of liquid the dirt will be
filtered out continuously
Rinsing is done in a closed loop. During the rinsing the di-water is
continuously regenerated until the desired conductivity is reached. No waste
water
high effective drying with high air exchange (500m³/h)
