ProducTion PrivEe was  born  from  the  mee.ng  of  two  friends  who  worked  for  several  years  in  the  MTB  industry.  Produc.on  Privée  is  a  state  of  mind,  a  new  approach  to  the  product.    Whether  a  func.onal  or  aesthe.c  point  of  view,  nothing  is  leA  to  chance.    Materials,  manufacturing  processes,  supplier  selec.on,  we  choose  what  is  most  effec.ve  in  each  area  without  compromise.  The  product  is  at  the  center  of  our  aCen.on  and  is  considered  as  a  whole.    We  are  pleased  to  announce  that  we  can  count  Cedric  Gracia  and  the  CG  Racing  Brigade  among  our  ranks  of  Produc.on  Privée.  We  sponsoring  Cedric  Gracia  and  his  team  for  the  next  2  seasons!    In  addi.on,  we  work  together  to  develop  the  range,  with  each  part  being  tested  and  validated  by  the  team  before  its  release.    CG's  experience  is  very  valuable  and  allows  us  to  fully  op.mize  each  detail  of  our  products.

SHAN

The SHAn, is one of the most advanced all mountain hardtail frame in cromoly that you can find on the market. As for all our products we didn’t want do any compromises. Every idea we thought to be good was applied to the frame, even if it was complicated or expensive. The aim is to offer a very high end frame for the mountain but much cheaper than an high end full suspension frame. Moreover his versatile features allow to ride in all condition: all mountain, enduro, downhill, jumps ….with the same bike! Designed to ride in all conditions and mostly in mountain, a key point of the frame is the vertical flexibility from the rear end. We developed and designed our own tubing with several technology to achieve an amazing confort. This frame is designed for a 150mm to 160mm front travel fork and for an agressive use. Agressive geometry: slack head tube, low bottom bracket, short chainstays, sloping top tube for all size. The SHAn is EN approved and available in 4 sizes.

KTP flex system: The key point of the SHAN is the vertical flexibity of the rear end. This allows more grip, more comfort and more efficiency in down hill section! To do it: - We use high end cromoly tubes. -  we use specific bladed tubes for the

chainstays and the seatstays to increase the vertical flexibility.

-  We didn’t use bridge between chainstays for the same idea.

-  The seatstays are not heat treated to allow a maximum flexibility.

The 548 Cg is the same stem used by Cédric Gracia on the donwhill World cup! It’s a very limited edition with 50pcs only!

548 cg Our 548 Cgstem was developed with the help of Cedric Gracia. We wanted to create a stem that was as rigid as possible so as to compensate for the huge forces that very wide bars create, as currently used on downhill bikes. We therefore decided to privilege a one-piece design using 7050 T73 aluminum alloy. This material allows us a greater design freedom and gives superior mechanical abilities compared with lesser alloys. These features make the 548 Cg one of the stiffer stem on the market for only 126g. To be able to succeed in creating the curves that our design demanded, we used 4-axis CNC machine that allows such complex forms. Our 548 Cgis full CNC stem weighs 126g, bolts included.   On the 548 Cg, the PP strips are CNC machined and red anodized. It means the strips are completely integrated to the stem! The time spent to produce this jewel, is simply amazing for a bike component!

Le LgH Cg is the same handlebar used by Cédric Gracia on the donwhill World cup! It’s a very limited edition with 85pcs only!

The  LgH cg was developed with the help of Cedric Gracia. No less then 9 different versions were produced to find the perfect geometry. Each and every one of them was tested by CG. Our final decision went to an 8° backsweep and 5° upsweep design. Work was also done on the rearward and upward handlebar offsets, measurements not often used. They allow us to define the exact hand position on the handlebar, complementing the backsweep and upsweep angles. With this perfect geometry, we have created 1 versions in a 31.8mm diameter : LgH cg : 38mm rise (1,5"), 780mm widths. The handlebars are made with 7075 T6 double-butted aluminium alloy, especially for ProducTion PrivEe and our exacting standards. Weight for the LgH cg.   is 310g.

The combination of a 548 Cg stem and a LgH Cg handlebar allow you to get one of the most efficient cockpit from the market. The same as CG!

A key feature of our cockpits is the ease of adjusting the handlebar in the stem. First step is to align the two strips of the handlebars with two strips of the stem. Your handlebar is now perfectly centered. The second step is to adjust the angle of the handlebar in the stem. in using the angle landmark on the stem and the mark on the handlebar it is very easy to optimize its riding position.

Our  548 clASSIC stem  was  developed  last  autumn  with  the  help  of  Cedric  Gracia.      Three  different  versions  were  tested  by  CG  before  the  final  product  was  selected.  We  wanted  to  create  a  stem  that  was  as  rigid  as  possible  so  as  to  compensate  for  the  huge  forces  that  very  wide  bars  create,  as  currently  used  on  downhill  bikes.    We  therefore  decided  to  privilege  a  one-­‐piece  design  using  7050  T73  aluminum  alloy.  This  material  allows  us  a  greater  design  freedom  and  gives  superior  mechanical  abili.es  compared  with  lesser  alloys.  We  wanted  the  548 clASSIC  with  a  unique  design.      To  be  able  to  succeed  in  crea.ng  the  curves  that  our  design  demanded,  we  used  4-­‐axis  CNC  machine  that  allows  such  complex  forms.    Our  548 clASSIC is  full  CNC  stem  weighs  124g,  bolts  included.

Lg BAR

Our range of bars was developed with the help of Cedric Gracia. No less then 9 different versions were produced to find the perfect geometry. Each and every one of them was tested by CG. Weight for the 780mm wide bar is 304g, with the 740mm bar coming in at 298g.

Installing PP busHings excentric shock reducers allow to modify the geometry of the frame by shortening the eye−to−eye length of the shock. This result in a slacker head tube angle and a lower BB. Our excentric reducers are designed to shorten the lentgh of the shock of 3mm. Depending on the suspension design BB can be lowered from 5 to 10mm and the head angle from −0,5º to −1º.
